"I had a very wonderful experience staying at Kripanidhi Hotels. The most amazing part was that Kripa Sir stayed with me until 11 PM because we were three people and couldn't find public transport easily. We reached the hotel at 11:30 PM, and even though the dinner time was over, he made a call and arranged dinner for us. Thank you so much, Sir! It was a wonderful experience. "Hotel is in very good location though its opening is somewhat shabby. Rooms are small without any balcony or window. Toilets are small & having no washbasin. Worth-mentioning is room service & food quality. But very limited break fast options when one opt for paid breakfast when one books breakfast with room. Same is the situation with paid lunch/ dinner when one books with room. In two nights i was served with same items in veg but the condition was not specified when booking is done. I must appreciate behaviour of staff which erased any sort of disappointment."

"Subject: unpleasant stay experience - the nalanda heritage, rajgir i am compelled to provide detailed feedback regarding my recent stay at the nalanda heritage, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the state of the bed was alarming. The sheets were visibly dirty, and the blanket, not only lacking a cover but also appearing excessively dusty, raised serious concerns about hygiene. It was evident that the housekeeping standards were severely lacking. Equally distressing was the absence of a reception area. The hotel's failure to provide a dedicated space for guest services resulted in a chaotic and unprofessional atmosphere. The lack of a centralized point for inquiries, check-ins, and assistance significantly impacted the overall guest experience. In addition to the cleanliness and organizational issues, the overall ambiance and decor of the hotel left much to be desired. The outdated furnishings and a general lack of maintenance contributed to an unappealing atmosphere. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, as improvements are essential to maintain the reputation of the nalanda heritage and ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests."
