"Place is well maintained, very clean rooms n bathroom but we asked for few TV channels but staff or reception area didn't help much and eventually kids couldn't watch TV, later when we went for dinner at restaurant, manager told us it will take 40 minutes for cleaning of empty table, only after that he will take order and it will again take 30 mins more ....so we had to go out n eat elsewhere"

JüSTa Brij Bhoomi Resort, Nathdwara ★★★★
"I had booked a stay for my senior citizen parents, who were traveling nearly 400 km by road. About an hour before their arrival, I spoke to the hotel manager, Mr. Biswal, and clearly communicated their situation, dietary preferences, and also checked on the possibility of a room upgrade (which was part of the fare, subject to availability). He acknowledged everything on the call. However, upon arrival, my parents were first told that rooms were “sold out,” and then that rooms were “under inquiry from head office,” which was confusing and inconsistent—especially given the prior conversation. What is particularly concerning is that later in the evening, the same category of rooms appeared available again on the booking system. When I spoke directly with the manager to resolve the issue, instead of a professional response, he said “mind your limits.” This is completely unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry and when dealing with senior citizen guests. This is not about whether an upgrade was available or not—it is about: Lack of transparency despite proactive communication Inconsistent and unclear information at the property Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the hotel manager I would strongly urge jüSTa management to review this incident and the conduct of their staff."
