"The room was filthy, and the bed sheets were stained and discoloured. When these issues were raised, I was told that's what I get for what I paid, even though that was not the picture on the internet of the room I booked. The staff member asked to see the picture and said the picture was that of the VIP room, which was more expensive. I pointed out that this was misrepresentation, to which there was no response. There was no hot water upon arrival, and hardly any water came through the taps. There were very long power cuts with no warning. Also, note that there are no bottles of water, tea, and coffee in the room. All in all, it was an awful experience."
