"Beautiful location, right in the city center. The rooms are clean and maintained to standards, in contrast to the exterior of the hotel which is not clean. Empty water bottles, bags, empty lockers from the supermarket located downstairs, and various objects litter the floor at the entrance. The entrance stairs are dusty and look as if they haven't been swept. The receptionist is often absent from the reception. I had to wait for him upon arrival and have someone (an Indian) who was passing downstairs fetch him, the same scenario when I had to leave. However, the staff as a whole remains kind and helpful."
