"Never coming back to this place. Terrible service or I should say no service at all. Amenities were given after calling 3 times. No one came to clean the room in 2 days. Broken Ceiling in Bathroom, Broken Tiles in Room. Idk why they keep having this broken ceiling in every room. I asked them to change the bed sheet when I checked in and no one did that even asking for this twice. Also the worst thing they did was turning the wifi off at 8:30 on the day of checkout. Never recommending this place."

"UPs: So close to the airport, while giving away FREE shuttle to the CGK airport. The staff is sooo helpful, even though I didn't meet the head manager, yet. There are so many food shelter nearby that you can choose, in order to enhance the flavour of Indonesia. The price is quite affordable, so that you don't have to compare with the other hotel. They even choose the minimalist-futuristic furniture, so that you could safe space, while carrying a lot of bags. DOWNs: I literally saw a bug, luckily the staff is so swift getting rid if it. According to the schedule, even though it was late, even by 9 (nine) minutes, the airport shuttle is still reliable."

The hotel is physically close to the airport, but nevertheless it is not possible to walk there, and a taxi ride is quite long"
