Huayang Hotel (Neijiang Wanda Plaza) ★★★

📍 No. 1, 21st Floor, Unit 2, Building 2, No. 1 Wutong Road, Dongxing District, Neijiang

"I recommend choosing a hotel carefully, especially one with good environment, cleanliness, and staff. This apartment-style hotel has terrible cleanliness throughout the building, from the underground parking lot to the elevator. The room smelled strongly of perfume, and there were all sorts of small cards behind the door. The sheets and quilt were dirty, and there were bugs under the pillow."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very convenient with a bus stop right next door and convenience stores nearby. There are also dining options, including a restaurant and tea house on the 18th floor, perfect for meals or afternoon tea. The room was spacious and bright, with great natural light and ventilation. It was impeccably clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. I highly recommend staying here."

📍 No. 209 Langui Avenue North Section, Dongxing District, Neijiang

"I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel. The customer service was excellent and very responsive. They even gave us complimentary fruit tea upon arrival, which was delicious. The environment is also superb; it's a 5-minute walk to the river, and the hotel is flanked by wetland parks, perfect for cycling with the kids! If they had shared bikes, I'd love to stay here with my child for a week, haha! However, I can only give it a 97 out of 100. I'd only give it a perfect score if the air conditioning could cool down in 10 minutes."

"The area is large and new. The entrance on the first floor is a group of hotel signs. I didn’t have it. So I found it after consulting. The 23rd floor has a good view. The whole house is smart. The shower is not very easy to use. The bathtub is next to the bed. Some chicken ribs, others are very good."

Holiday Inn NEIJIANG RIVERSIDE by IHG ★★★★
"Holiday Inn in Neijiang is really cost-effective. Although it has been open for many years, the management is in place so the hardware is well maintained. Of course, the service is also very good, and the breakfast is also very good. The key is that you can book a room on Ctrip at a lower price than the official APP, and you can also enjoy the same SNP, which is good! The location is also very good, and you can check in various time-honored food in the old city by walking. By the way, the sweet city food YYDS, I can't help but eat more 🤣"

"This is a nice hotel. The location is not particularly the best but is still in between the city center and the train station. There is a nice terrace on the 18th floor with play rooms for card and board games. There is a laundry room also. The hotel was nice and at a good price"

"Must praise the hotel's intelligent delivery robot! Temporary lack of toothbrushes, order takeaways can be arranged with one click, the robot automatically calls the elevator, the corridor is flexible to avoid obstacles, the operation sound is very small and not noisy at all. Send to the door to remind you by phone, no need to contact the staff throughout the whole process, social fear and friendliness. 24 hours on standby at any time, want to eat supper in the middle of the night without changing clothes downstairs, intelligent service greatly improves the happiness of staying, the details are too extra points!"

"The first time I went here on a business trip, I gave a very good impression. The first glance was very comfortable. The hotel's environment was elegant and quiet. The rooms were spacious and bright and clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the night was good. The front desk service is warm and efficient, and the details are intimate. The location is excellent, 100 meters from the train station, and it is very convenient to travel. The breakfast is rich and delicious, the overall stay experience is superb, the price is very high, and the next trip will be the first choice!"

"First, check-in was slow, staff were deceptive, and the service attitude was poor. Upon entering the lobby to check in, I waited for 6 minutes even though no one else was checking in. The front desk staff replied that they were checking for any missing items and confirmed that the room wasn't still being cleaned. After entering the room, the housekeeping staff said the room had just been cleaned and was being aired out. If it had just been cleaned, they should have been honest, not concealing it. Second, in the room that had just been cleaned, there was a finger-length hair under the covers. I didn't take a picture at the time, and the staff had already cleaned it. Lying won't make you rich. Finally, the hotel service and facilities didn't match the price. My friend was visiting Neijiang, and I wanted to check this out first, but it was truly disappointing. I've attached two photos of the room before it was used."
