Send to the door to remind you by phone, no need to contact the staff throughout the whole process, social fear and friendliness. 24 hours on standby at any time, want to eat supper in the middle of the night without changing clothes downstairs, intelligent service greatly improves the happiness of staying, the details are too extra points!

The room was clean and tidy, there was no dead corner, the bed was comfortable and the soundproofing was online. The service staff is warm and polite and responds to the needs in a timely manner. The manager of the POHOTO Hotel warmly recommended nearby restaurants at the front desk, which was very welcoming! The room was incredibly smart, with everything voice-controlled. It was comfortable and clean, and the hairdryer was the best I used on this trip! The hotel is located in the Xinjieli commercial district, which is great for taking photos at night. We shopped there for a long time and bought a lot of local specialties. Next time I come to Longchang, I will definitely choose the POHOTO Hotel again because of its warm and welcoming atmosphere. 👍

In particular, I want to praise the young lady at the front desk, the procedures are professional and efficient, and I also reminded the breakfast time and WiFi, and the smile is particularly infectious. The room was even more amazing to me, the sound insulation effect was first-class, the traffic outside the window was busy, but the house was quiet like a library, which was a paradise for people like me who travel frequently and have high requirements for sleep quality. I always stay here when I return to Weiyuan. The environment and cleanliness are usually okay, but this time I was extremely dissatisfied. The main reason was that the temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius on the day of my check-in, and it was even lower at night. When I returned to my room to rest, the room temperature was a whopping 29 degrees Celsius. I can understand that the hotel room lacks cross-ventilation, so I tried to turn on the air conditioning to lower the temperature, but after half an hour, it was still 29 degrees Celsius. The main unit wasn't even turned on! The front desk explained that a guest said they were cold, so they turned off the main unit (do you believe that?). I was sweating profusely and couldn't fall asleep. The front desk brought a fan, but I couldn't sleep without it. However, I caught a cold the next day. I didn't even want to leave a review, but it hasn't gotten better. My throat is so sore that I can't speak or eat. I really can't help but ask: as the most expensive hotel in the area, isn't turning on the central air conditioning main unit a basic requirement for any hotel?

The facility is located at a very center and convenient place, offering a very good value for money, and the amenities in general are very good, such as the floor quality, and the furniture  of the room. The front desk is also very responsive the request of the guests. The air conditioning control (temperature control) could be better.

Having stayed at numerous Wyndham hotels, I've always been impressed by their consistently high standards, and this time was no exception. Seeing the pool open during the summer, I immediately booked, and I wasn't disappointed! Environment: The lawns and lakeside views outside the hotel are delightful, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Rooms: The guest rooms are meticulously designed, offering exceptional comfort. Breakfast: The buffet restaurant is a highlight! It boasts a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, with authentic and delicious local specialties to satisfy the whole family! Overall, the environment is upscale and sophisticated, with attentive service, making it a near-perfect 100-point accommodation experience, especially recommended for families.

The hotel is very satisfactory. It is located in the Chuanshi Lake Water Conservancy Scenic Area in Weiyuan County. The environment is quiet and there is a feeling of ”building a hut in the human world, but without the noise of cars and horses” as described by Mr. Dongli. Hot springs are the biggest feature of the hotel. There is a large pool and multiple small pools, both high and low temperature pools, there is always one suitable for you. It is recommended to stay in the East District, not the West District. The guest rooms in the East District are almost zero distance from the hot springs, just downstairs. After changing into a bathrobe in the room, you can hold your breath and rush downstairs to jump into the hot spring pool. After the bath, you can still go back to the room with a hot body. This convenience can kill many hot spring hotels in seconds. The bathing water volume in the guest room is also large, and the bathing is very comfortable. There are many varieties of breakfast, delicious, beef noodles are especially good, and Neijiang beef noodles are famous.
