"We have booked there many times over the years. We had to go home early because my husband was sick with Covid. When we requested a refund on the room, we left 4 days early., we were told because we had paid in advance it would not be refunded. We were disappointed."

"I recently stayed at this Best Western and had a mixed experience. While the staff was friendly, there were quite a few issues that impacted my stay. Firstly, the breakfast area was under renovation, and unfortunately, the appliances were not working, which meant that the eggs, sausage, and potatoes were cold. The area was also quite hot and crowded. In the room, I encountered several maintenance issues: the door opener was broken, the internet was slow, the bathroom vent was not working, and the coffee machine was leaking and dripping on the floor. I did inform the reception, but the response was not prompt. Overall, while the location was convenient, the condition of the facilities definitely needs some attention."
