"The room had no towels , toilet paper, soap or shampoo, one bed was missing sheets. The facility had many permenet guests and employees lived in many rooms. The wifi was ok. Guest services did bring two towels and suggested we go down to lobby to get the rest cups , towels, and soap shampoo. The bar and grill next door was great. Would not recommend as there were multiple guests in the lobby for the same issues we had."

"This is a traditional American family-run hotel, which I like – dignified, practical, clean, and with attention to detail. It's somewhere between a family-friendly and business-oriented hotel like Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn. It's not far from Costco and Walmart. Important information: If you're driving an electric car, there's an EV Connect charging station at the GM 4S store behind the hotel. It uses DC fast charging, which is very convenient. Willmington has nice beaches, such as Calorina Beach, a popular tourist destination with a predominantly white population."

"We always to stay at Best Western if can when travel. This one was very nice. Clean, Great breakfast seating and food, wish could be in by 1p. Instead of 3 p. Pool was beautiful and room for handicap needs and dog. Great rewards! Close to everything and beach area about 4 miles.. grandkids love the Best Western."

"Good location. Nice views of the river, from the window. The fire alarm shout after having bath. I didn’t like paying for parking 15$. Also at night there was not enough parking space. Only 3 tables at the breakfast room so you have to wait in order to find an empty table. Poor breakfast. I barely found something to eat. Not worth staying there again."

"Great hotel, mainly new, very new, so everything looks good, the front desk attitude is also very good, overall I feel that the price-performance ratio is very high. The location is a little bit near downtown, because I booked an Italian restaurant next to it, so I stayed here, and it was surprisingly great. Go out to the river on the left and the sea on the right, both are very fast!"
