"I have been staying at this hotel for the past two years because I enjoy its ambience and location compared to other hotels in Sibu. I would describe it as one of the newer hotels in the area, and it has generally been well maintained.
However, during my visits over the past six months, I have noticed several issues that require attention from the management. For example, the hair dryer was not functioning, the shower gel and shampoo dispensers were either not properly refilled or not working, and the balcony was not cleaned thoroughly. While these are not major issues individually, if they are not addressed promptly, they may eventually affect the hotel's reputation and guest satisfaction.
At the moment, I would rate the hotel 3 out of 5 stars. Nevertheless, I will continue staying here because of its convenience and overall comfort, unless I find a better alternative in Sibu. I sincerely hope to see improvements in the near future.
