"I was assigned a room with no window, and there was no information about this during the booking process. This should have been clearly stated in advance. The cleanliness of the bathroom, bed, drinking glasses, and the room overall needs significant improvement. The bathroom was especially dirty and poorly maintained. The room lighting was also very dim. Combined with the fact that there was no window, the room felt dark, gloomy, and even a bit creepy. In my opinion, this hotel feels more like a 1- or 2-star property rather than a 4-star hotel. I will definitely not stay here again if I visit Yogyakarta in the future."
