"What an absolutely fabulous resort! Had a wonderful 5 night break at this gorgeous resort and it was one of the best properties i've stayed at in Noosa. The pool was the highlight for me, the apartment had everything you need and a lovely large balcony which was huge yet so comfortable and cosy overlooking the pool and palm trees. Downstairs just outside of reception there is a plethora of gorgeous cafes and sitting right next to the river this place ticked every box. I've stayed at a number of properties in Noosa Heads and Noosaville and this by far one of my favourites. The staff are just lovely and this will be my family and my go to property when we visit Noosa in future. Thank you Colonial 🌴 10/10 highly recommended."

"We had a great stay in # 17 which was nice and quiet. Great tropical gardens and pools. The kids loved it. Michelle is really nice. Her husband does the chores and handy work and is really friendly as well. (Thanks for the sand paper for the adapter by the way, it worked!!! With a little help from a knife ) We went surfing at Noosa Heads Main Beach (the western part by Laguna Grove, where it’s easiest to find a parking spot), which is absolutely brilliant for beginners. You can hire surf boards on the beach)."

"Our experience staying with Noosa Tropicana was exceptional. From the outset, Darrel was accommodating, as we were trying to coordinate family members with varying needs across multiple apartments. She was patient and guiding and upon arrival early evening, we were blown away by the small touches.....apartment open and airing, lights on and an easy after hours check in. When our guests arrived the following day, Darrel and the team prioritised our group for early check-in's. This was so appreciated as we had family travelling from interstate. The apartments were clean, modern and well appointed. The complex was intimate, not too large and kept impeccably tidy. The pool was perfect and the bbq space once again well appointed. Our group ranged in age from 12 to 80 and all our needs were met. We were able to celebrate my father-in-laws 80th birthday in a relaxed and tranquil environment - just as he liked. We will be back! "

Regatta Noosa

"Great location, opposite Noosa River, close to several cafe's and restaraunts, short walk to supermarket. We had 2BR apartment, up stairs (no lift), secure underground parking and pool available (too cool for us). Apartment was excellent, large, full kitchen, large bedroom and ensuite, lovely balcony looking over the river and riverside garden and walkway. Only downside was stairs, but then we needed the exercise. Otherwise pPerfect. We loved it, and would recommend."

"I have just spent 3 nights at this amazing apartment. It has exceeded my expectations in every way, from my very first communication with Warwick right up until I reluctantly left! It is located right on the river with mooring available for those lucky enough to have a boat and is a 5 minute walk to the yacht club and the Noosaville foreshore. The apartment itself is stunning with everything you need for your stay .. I only wish mine was longer. I’ve been coming to Noosa for a very long time and I didn’t even know this gem existed .. but now I do I will definitely be back and for a lot longer next time. Thank you Warwick"
