"My husband and I stayed 1 night the 11th of July. He has mobility problems and severe COPD. On arrival we found that we had been allocated a first floor room. It was a considerable walk and you had to go across an indoor walkway which was like being in a greenhouse. He had to stop several times before we even got to the room. I went back to Reception and explained the situation. A lady called Jenny was on duty she was an angel in disguise. She managed to allocate us a ground floor room near the Reception. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness. She deserves an award if Premier Inn do them. Many thanks. Jane Coulton."
