"The hotel has only been around for 2/3 years but looks like it has been around for 25 years. The pictures are not the reality. Also, you could not open a window so it felt very stuffy. A lick of paint is not an unnecessary luxury. We had the laundry done there for some underwear and 5 shirts and t-shirts 30 euros! Ridiculously expensive and also did not smell nice, never do it The staff very friendly also the cleaning. Rebooking a larger room was also no problem"

"The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly. However, there are too many power outages. We were often left in the dark, couldn't blow-dry our hair, couldn't charge our phone, etc. •A room with a loose electrical outlet wasn't being fixed. •The shower is very cramped. •The room has a window, but it doesn't open. •The air conditioning constantly leaks, so I have to dry the floor constantly. I reported this, but nothing is done about it either. Perhaps there's no technical staff. •I had the same towel for three days. When I asked for a clean one, I was told there were no towels. I couldn't ask because the cleaning lady had already left. •The room is quite cramped; I can barely fit my suitcase and other luggage."
