"Inspired by a vlogger, Siddhartha Water Front has been on my bucket list for a long time. Though the road was too steep or too curvy, the visit was worth it. The service was excellent, and the surroundings' natural beauty was marvellous. The service offered by Ms Dibya Lama was exceptional. Being located on the highway, it would be a great attraction to many travellers. It would be better if the hotel could offer organic vegetables, which could attract more employment or income, generate opportunities in the neighbourhood, and make the hotel unique in terms of service it offers. "

"The Famous Farmhouse is truly exceptional! We came here in 2019 with 10 clients and returned with a group 3 weeks ago. The standards were 100% the same. We then returned last night with another group. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The food is absolutely first class, and each meal was a delight. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with breathtaking views that make the experience even more memorable. If you're visiting Nepal, I highly recommend staying at The Famous Farmhouse – it’s an experience you won't want to miss! A special mention to Ramesh - excellent customer service!! Thank you so much and see you again in March 2025."

"I recently stayed at Shivapuri Village Resort, and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a resort. The customer service was incredibly poor—staff were unresponsive and lacked any sense of hospitality. The food was equally disappointing, with no vegan options available, despite the high price. To make matters worse, the room and bathroom were dirty, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, this resort failed on every level. I would not recommend it to anyone."
