"This is a 5 star resort with the worlds WORST internet. It’s a joke, and simply unacceptable for the money we paid for this property. That being said, what’s even worse is managements utter refusal to address or compensate us for the inconvenience. They offered a “room upgrade” which did not suit our taste, and were unwilling to negotiate anything other than a 10% discount in the restaurant. Pray that if you come here, you have no issues, cause if you do, they don’t care. It’s unfortunate, because this really is a nice resort, now tainted with the biterness and resentment of a management team that has no interest in improving the guest experience. "

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. Overall, it's clean and nice. There's no elevator, so I had to ask the staff for help carrying my luggage. There's a water dispenser in the hallway. The shower pressure is weak, but there is hot water. Amenities are provided. There's a 7-Eleven nearby. There's a Jallibee within a 10-minute walk. The bus terminal is within a 10-minute motorbike taxi ride. I will use it again next time."

"Stayed one night before the ferry to Coron. Very small rooms. But given the low price, this is the most suitable option for a one-night stay while passing through. Very convenient 24-hour reception, where they helped us book ferry tickets. There are coolers in the hallway where you can get water and boiling water. Hot shower, working air conditioning. Friendly staff."

What made the stay even better was the kindness of the staff and owner. They were very accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I especially appreciated how they helped me arrange and book my trip to Manila, which made my travel much easier and more convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay. I would definitely come back again."
