"This has been a tough summer for Europe, still no excuse for having to suffer a room with no aprópiate ventilation or air conditioning, no fans on offer and all the bed linen was the same you would get in winter... Room was very nice and well set, toilet is far too small and the setting is quite typical of a small ‘boutique’ hotel. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. But for me the lack of common sense in being well prepared for summer made my stay totally unsatisfactory..."
