"We had the best experience! The staff was very friendly and very accommodating - though we spoke Greek - which might have helped. The pool view for swimming and dining put this above the other hotels when I was doing my research. It was just so lovely. They close the pool at 8 PM, so that diners can enjoy a peaceful poolside view with subdued lighting. (See attached photo.) The dining room was lovely and the evening meal we had poolside was surprisingly affordable and very, very delicious. The breakfast buffet they served was huge and self-served in an immaculate dining area. We stayed at this hotel while visiting Ancient Olympia. (On my bucket list.) I swam in the pool twice and it was large and water was very clean and clear. (No chlorine burn to my eyes.) I would recommend this hotel to my closest friends and family members and would stay there again - in a heartbeat. We got the standard room with twin beds. Loved the two-tier setup and balcony - though our view was mostly blocked by lovely olive trees - still beautiful. The water pressure in the tub faucet and shower was outstanding - like coming out of a fire hose. The only non-exceptional amenities were the air conditioning and the television. The A/C was adequate, but we would have liked to have had the room colder - we were there during high heat. The WiFi was great and quick, but the TV tended to lag on some channels. 10 stars!"

"We chose this hotel because of its outstanding location and excellent climate, which are undoubtedly its greatest strengths. Unfortunately, these are almost the only positive aspects of the entire experience. Everything else falls far below what anyone would expect from a 5-star all-inclusive resort. Cleanliness is simply unacceptable. The common areas are poorly maintained, the sunbeds are never properly cleaned, and they do not even have mattresses, making them extremely uncomfortable. The beach itself looks neglected because the sand is not regularly levelled or maintained. It is difficult to understand how a resort claiming to be 5-star can allow such poor standards. Room cleaning takes place between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, exactly when most guests return to their rooms to rest after spending time at the beach. This shows a complete lack of consideration for guests’ comfort. Even worse, the minibar is never replenished, not even with bottled water, which should be a basic service in any genuine all-inclusive hotel. The room is spacious, but the level of comfort is disappointing. For the third guest, in our case a 17-year-old teenager, the hotel provided a narrow fold-out bed that was uncomfortable and completely unsuitable for a stay of several days in a 5-star resort. In addition, the pillows are extremely hard and uncomfortable, significantly affecting the quality of sleep. These are essential comfort details that should never be overlooked in a hotel of this category. The attitude of most of the staff was one of the biggest disappointments. Many employees appeared bored, unmotivated, and at times even unfriendly, making guests feel like an inconvenience rather than welcome visitors. The only person who truly deserves recognition is Ms. Angeliki. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication stand in complete contrast to the overall level of service. Without her, our impression of this hotel would have been even worse. The all-inclusive concept is extremely misleading. The drinks served at the bars are of very poor quality, and if you want something reasonably drinkable, you are expected to pay extra. Serving drinks in paper cups at the beach bars is unacceptable for a resort advertised as 5-star all-inclusive and clearly reflects a lack of attention to quality. The food is another major disappointment. Lunch feels more like a cafeteria than a restaurant in a luxury resort. Breakfast is exactly the same every single day, with almost no variety. Dinner is the only meal that partly saves the hotel’s reputation, especially in the à la carte restaurants, where the food is noticeably better. However, access to these restaurants is very limited, and reservations must be made immediately after arrival because of the small number of available tables. The entertainment programme is extremely poor. There are hardly any daytime activities, and the evening shows are disappointing for a resort of this category. The singers perform at an amateur leve"

Arriving at Olympia at ten o'clock in the evening, the boss was waiting for me, he said, because I booked the time to arrive at the threshold too late, the room was just full, so I arranged for me to another hotel next to the central church diagonally across the road. When I entered the door, this hotel and the room were much better than my original hotel. My favorite door lock was the kind of 19th century old-fashioned drilling. The buffet was rich and fresh the next morning. After eating, I took two boiled eggs and ate it for lunch at Piergos Station. Γεια σας, ευχαριστώ."
