"My children traveled from overseas and I had the unfortunate experience of staying at your facility When checking in (around 8 or 9pm) the evening staff was a heavy-set female who had one of the most non-chalant attitudes I have ever seen. Didn't get her name. But No smiles, no pleasant greeting-NOTHING. Upon entering our room, at first glance the room appeared clean. As we looked further, we discovered the microwave had an explosion of food in it. The refrigerator freezer needed defrosting and the fridge was unclean as well. There were left over keys from other rooms left in the dresser drawers . The shower curtain smelled and had dirty stains all over it. The bathtub was dirty and could've used a hefty round of Tylex or Bleach. If ever there was a time I wish I had taken photos then that was the time. My room# was 235. I'm pretty certain that it is probably STILL like this. Please check for yourself. Also, there were many people hanging out in front of their rooms using room chairs on the 2nd floor, loitering around their rooms or others, It was a bit unsettling and uncomfortable. I'm sure some of the hotel guests can verify what I am saying as there was a bit of a commotion as I was checking out (July 3, 2023) with another guest who complained of many of the same things I've complained about but was wayyyy more vocal about it. That facility needs to SERIOUSLY be investigated!!! The only good experience I had there was morning front desk clerk on July 1, 2023, I didn't get her name but she was MAGNIFICENT!!! LOVED HER. Need more like her. If I could have canceled my stay there...I WOULD HAVE!!!! "

"I understand the reservation was non-refundable, and I take responsibility for my mistake. However, I contacted Trip.com immediately after booking, and their team made multiple efforts to contact the hotel on my behalf. The refund request was denied. I also spoke directly with Stacy at the hotel, who initially told me that a refund would be possible if the third-party provider approved it. She even stated that if I had booked directly with the hotel, they would have refunded me immediately. After following her instructions and contacting both Trip.com and *******, I was extremely disappointed to find that the hotel’s response was completely different from what I had been told. The communication was inconsistent and misleading, leaving me with the impression that I was being passed back and forth without a genuine effort to resolve the situation. I understand policies exist, but customer service should also involve honesty, transparency, and reasonable consideration. The way this situation was handled was very disappointing and left me with a negative impression of the resort."

"Nothing else to say other than it was extremely disappointing! Horrible service! The room was dirty. The Room smelled horrible. I would neither recommend or would I stay here again. I wish there was at least one positive thing to point out but NONE at all."

"The receptionist over the phone was helpful and provided good service. However, the information given during check-in was different — I was told the service dog would be free of charge, but at check-in, I was charged around $27. The room was spacious and included a refrigerator, microwave, and a regular TV. Free parking and bathroom amenities were available, and there was coffee provided. However, the room smelled like smoke, and the floor was not clean. Also, the app listed that breakfast was included, but no breakfast was served."

"When we first arrived we thought the room was good. Time we pulled our shoes off we realized how sticky dirty the carpet was. The whole time we were there it felt damp, even the bed covers felt damp. We had to ask for our bed to be changed and for more towels and tissue. The worst part of all was the roaches. We had to buy roach spray to finish our stay. They wouldn't give a refund because we booked through Trip.com. Definitely will not stay here again."
