"We left with excellent expectations given the beautiful website, but unfortunately during our stay we had to change our minds. Place with exceptional potential left to total neglect. it's true that we stayed for just one night but the poor details lead us not to think we could spend more than one day in such an accommodation. 1- TOTALLY RUSTY REFRIGERATOR. not to the point of putting even a closed bottle of water in it 2 - ROOM DOOR DOES NOT OPEN because it bangs on the bed 3 - COLD SHOWER - RUSTY ON THE SOAP REST AND BLOCKED, all the water came out and we did the shower with the ankles submerged 4-closet completely broken 5- We put the clothes to hang outside in the evening in front of the stairs (because there is no room on the patio) in the morning we found them completely wet to be wrung out as the heating system had evidently started irrigation. one might even warn. 6- BAR on the sea next to the restaurant being renovated, the fisherman, for lunch, served us a seafood salad in a McDonald's style hamburger box, a non-existent portion and very expensive for the quantity. 7-“LIFEGUARD” non-existent, there is only a boy at the beginning of the beach who provides sunbeds. 8- when we arrived and asked where to park outside the structure, a young girl at the reception also made fun of us with her colleague, mocking the fact that we had left the car in an unsuitable spot... I didn't want to cause controversy because I understand both young and inexperienced."

"I stayed with my family for 9 days... A disappointment. Rude staff at reception upon arrival. We rented a themed villa and I was amazed to find a microscopic kitchenette in the girls' room... Making food in the room had never happened to me. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired... Poor beach service.. We booked an umbrella and 2 sunbeds... And they wanted to move us 2/3 times to accommodate other guests.. Even though we had booked. I had breakfast at the bar/restaurant, terrible cappuccino and the croissants that fill them with various industrial creams.. Not even... Avoid. Homemade ice cream? Better to take the packaged ones. Supermarket costs an arm and a leg.. A liter of milk €3, bring your own shopping!!!!!! The entertainment leaves a lot to be desired... There is a lack of organization.. There are 2 young boys.. But they need to have a lot of experience and a head animator... Who doesn't do more than direct.. The wi-fi connection doesn't exist. So get ready for a holiday away from social media and away from the world! The lifeguard at the pool doesn't exist... The pool is full of hydration for the pigeons who leave their excrements on the banks of the pool... Outside the village there is nothing... So if you have to move to see something go in the car. Beach with 2 rows of umbrellas, very narrow.. Clean sea.. Silence times in the village do not exist... In short, luckily I returned to my home. Home Sweet Home!!!"

"We came across this property using a Smartbox. We didn't know Talamone but it's a really nice little village and the hotel is in a great location. Very kind at the reception, small but clean room. Breakfast ok. The carpet in the stairs and corridors is a little dirty, in my opinion it could be improved more as a structure. We suggest "the women's bathroom" as an equipped beach, expensive but comfortable and with beautiful water. We suggest the "Da Gennaro" stall on the port where you can eat fresh raw, grilled or fried fish. We were very happy to stay here!"

"Yesterday we had lunch at the Resort restaurant. Chef Emanuele led us on a delicious tasting featuring wines from the Bragaglia winery. Tuna tataki, beef demi-tartare with spinach...a delight for the palate, all paired with three excellent wines. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming; an experience we'll definitely repeat!"

"What an absolutely bizarre hotel! The room itself reeked of a foul odor. The train tracks are right next to the hotel, subjecting you to the constant roar of passing trains day and night. But the most ridiculous thing of all is: for a hotel that costs over 2000 a night, the air conditioning isn't independently adjustable. To turn on the AC or change the temperature, you have to call the front desk and get them to do it for you, almost like a bureaucratic approval process! It's utterly ludicrous!"

"Excellent location in town centre. Plentiful parking nearby. Room decent size, pleasantly and simply furnished and bright. Good, small bathroom with shower a bit of a squeeze for large people. Very pleasant and helpful reception. Offered to carry my luggsge to the car when I chevkedvout which was very kind. Will definitely dtsyvherr again if in the area."

"We have booked and were excited to visit the Giardino dei Tarocchi (Niki de Saint-Phalle). A very nice location with pool and huge rooms is connected with a wonderful restaurant and very friendly operators. The house is something inside the country, it is not far from the coast. It is absolutely quiet there."
