"It's not my first time staying at this place I've been under new ownership and the people that are in there now don't really care about the enjoyment of somebody staying in their hotel the place was noisy they're disrespectful clientele and when we called to ask for them to quiet them down they basically said we had to deal with it they won't do anything about it my nephew has a disability and couldn't get any sleep that night so we ended up packing up and leaving early and then I came back the next morning and handed in my key card"
