"I'll start with the positives, because there aren't many: the receptionist was very kind and the view was lovely. Otherwise, everything was terrible. The mattress was completely worn out, making it impossible to sleep. The air conditioning and television didn't work, the tap was constantly running, and the soundproofing was abysmal: you could hear everything, including the staff talking amongst themselves first thing in the morning. The parquet floor was in poor condition and creaked terribly, as did the bed. As a result, you could hear every movement of your neighbors. Everything was dilapidated, there was no real upkeep or maintenance, and it felt like the place had been abandoned."
