"Nice, full service hotel with restaurant and spa in good location for driving into Fussen or to area castles. Stay included a full breakfast buffet which was very good with lots of variety (even bacon and eggs for American tourists). Also, a very good onsite restaurant for evening meals which was nice after long days of touring/walking. Hotel seemed very full so restaurant was very busy but even still, never had to wait for a table. Hotel is nicely situated on lake but do need to drive if you want to eat somewhere other than the onsite restaurant/bar."

"For a price of €130 per night, the place was stale and had a musty smell. Breakfast was mediocre. One of the staff members was very kind and offered a complimentary glass of milk to my child. A male receptionist was very unfriendly. A female staff member provided a public transport card for free rides on public transport."

"Excellent hotel 30 min drive from Neuschwanstein castle. Fully digital check-in, but worked well. We liked how clean was the room, how comfortable were the beds and how spacious the bathroom. On the ground floor there was a dining area with fully equipped kitchen. All in all - a lot of value for the price. Highly recommended!"
