"I am filing this complaint because I was wrongly charged $6 for two bottles of water that I did not take. This is not simply about the amount of money. What is far more serious is the manager’s conduct. When I contacted the hotel to dispute the charge, the manager (Neham) did not make any real effort to investigate the situation. Instead, I was directly told that I had taken the bottles, and the charge was left in place on that basis. In other words, I was falsely accused and treated as if I were lying. I find this completely unacceptable. A hotel should never accuse a guest without clear proof, and it is even worse when that accusation is then used to justify a charge. This goes far beyond a $6 billing issue. It is a matter of honesty, professionalism, and basic respect toward a guest. Being wrongly charged is one thing. Being called a liar and having the hotel stand by that accusation is another. The manager’s attitude was deeply offensive, dismissive, and unprofessional. The way this was handled made the situation feel disturbingly close to dishonest business conduct. I am extremely upset by this experience, and I expect Hilton to review this matter seriously. I want this charge reversed, and I also want this complaint formally documented regarding the manager’s behavior. If this matter is not handled properly, I am fully prepared to pursue every available option, including formal complaints, public reviews, and disputing the charge through my card issuer. I expected far better from a Hilton property."

"The place was perfect! The entire home is beautiful, our room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious. It was so peaceful as we fell asleep to the owls hooting. My husband and I are so thankful they share their home with others. If it was ours, we'd keep it all to ourselves : ) The hosts were very nice and accommodating and we will definitely be back. "

"It is a very nice new hotel. The room is very spacious with fully equipped kitchen, we can cook some vegetables for dinner. The breakfast is good with many choices. More choices than a lot of the hotels we had stayed. Nice pool. Garden with seats surrounding the nice warm fire, we enjoy the cozy night outside. Highly recommend this hotel"
