"My mom started crying and this was by far the worst hotel we had ever been to. People was already living there in the rooms we got, there was piss in the toilet and a bunch of bottles of beer and cigarettes. The staff was not nice and they didn’t even say sorry! We hope we get our 12k money back or else we gonna sue them! They really did destroy an important part of our 11 day vacation since we now had to get a way more expensive hotel that were not included with the flights we ordered."

"There are kitchen utensils and an induction counter for cooking in the room. It's great for boiling and eating ramen haha. However, it's inconvenient to live without a rental car, so you must rent a car."

"Came here solo on my birthday and loved it. Such a relaxing vibe, staff were super friendly and chill. Mosquito nets and a fan were all available in the room to cope in the heat. Paid extra for dinner and got a delicious selection of courses, and generous portions. Staff were super accommodating when I couldn't finish it all, too, and put the leftovers in jars for me to enjoy later, which I really appreciated. It's a super laid-back place to stay, amidst stunning surroundings. Would absolutely come again for a solo retreat or with friends, would love to explore the surrounding areas more."
