"This hotel is really great! The room is huge, and the balcony has a direct view of the east beach. The location is also strategic; there's a coffee shop, electric bike rentals, and ATVs right next to the hotel. The pool is nice, and the grounds are lovely and green. The only downside was the dirty sheets, and the blanket and pillows were also dusty and had gecko droppings. So, as soon as my family arrived, we had to clean everything. Overall, everything else was good, just the dirty linens were a problem. I'm pretty satisfied with my stay here."

"We booked a two-bedroom villa. Both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. The common area with the kitchen and living room is not air-conditioned, equipped only with a ceiling fan. The kitchen faucet started leaking immediately upon our arrival, leaving a large puddle of insects on the floor, eager to get a drink. We reported the faulty screen to reception, but unfortunately, the problem wasn't completely fixed, so we had to use towels to catch the water. The shower in one of the bathrooms only worked half-powered because the shower head was old. The bathroom could be better. The pool is clean and beautiful, but it's very crowded, which discourages swimming. The breakfasts are good, but you won't be able to get much sleep, as the selection is limited after 9 a.m., and it takes a long time to bring refills. The staff is very polite and attentive, both at reception and in the restaurant. Thank you very much. A stay at this hotel for a couple of days was very pleasant."

"Stayed in a bungalow. The room was quite spacious, with two beds and a sofa, cool air conditioning, and a less-than-clean bathroom. The jetted shower and showerhead seemed old, so the water flow was uneven. The hotel is close to the west coast, but swimming is restricted due to the relatively large waves. The hotel is located at the very end of the beach, compared to the more popular swimming area."

"The staff was really helpful, nice, polite, and super friendly. When one of our air conditioners wasn't working properly, the staff and the technician fixed it right away on the spot… we didn't have to wait long. The location is really strategic; it is near the West, East (water sports area), and White Sand Beach. It’s located right in front of West Beach, where you can swim and enjoy the sunset. Another good thing: The breakfast had plenty of choices. The pool is great, has its own slide and play area for children. Extra: The hotel has a shower on their basement to wash after swimming at the beach, this is very convenient, practical, and super nice! Point to improve: kindly check all the equipment in the room (like the airco) before the guest checks in. The WIFI is so slow and the TV channels are bad, these two points could be better."
