"very good ambience, spacious rooms, friendly and accomodating staff. relaxing. clean. overall splendid stay, whether for staycation or as tourist. will need vehicle transport to get to patar and other sights. which is around 25 minutes away. toilet has enough privacy, but consider and ask the hotel for best room for friends. various amenties available, incuding sauna. would have tried if had more time. to get to premises, there is a clear signage but you have to go through a narrow passage (passable for vehicles) and a bit wee distance from the gate/main road. once you familiarize, location easily accessible to go in and out. a few minutes drive from andoks, watsons, and mcdonalds, for quick fix and affordable meals, which can be consumed inside rhe premises. for its price, bang for the buck! hotel staff tried their best to resolve issues, which is what hospitality is about. tips: while toiletries are available, you may consider bringing your own toiletries. will stay again for sure and recommended for everyone."

"good internet. room or sourrounding balcony not cleaned properly. (food in back of counch) empty rum bottle, ciggaratttes and party mess on the balcony so coulndt use. This was doubly annoying since we were sternly told no alocohol sold or to be conusmed on the premises. water park wasnt open and under construction. Used on second day after asking but pool not cleaned. Breakfast was not edible 1st day. cooked at 6am and microwaved at 8am. Fried eggs were hard both white and yolk."
