"We spent two nights there. It's a quiet place, although the neighborhood might seem a bit dodgy, but there were no problems. The room is large and a little dated, but that's to be expected for the price. We received a pleasant welcome, and the same for our departure. We recommend it for those on a budget, but if you have more money, look elsewhere 💪🏻."

"As a frequent guest of Ibis hotels, I chose this one because of its proximity to the Zenith concert hall and the Hoche metro station (line 5). It's a bit less convenient for sightseeing in Paris, as it takes at least 25 minutes to get to the city center, with transfers. The neighborhood isn't particularly attractive, with quite a few street vendors selling tobacco, homeless people, etc. The entrance and reception are shared with a Mercure hotel. The design is very nice. The room and shower were clean, the water pressure and temperature were fine, and the bedding was very comfortable. The air conditioning was efficient and fairly quiet. The soundproofing was excellent. The only downside was the breakfast. The selection of items (cheeses, pastries) wasn't replenished throughout the service. It was very unpleasant to have to soak your feet in orange juice."

"The hotel itself is well located, but on the first night I couldn't stay there because the reception closes at 7pm, unfortunately I had arrived at 7:10pm due to flight delays at 7:10pm. I tried to withdraw my card from the digital service outside the hotel, but no way, the card was declined, and then I had to go to the Ibis which, thank God, was very close. I spent 120 Euros unfortunately, although the Ibis was wonderful. Anyway, the next day I went back to this hotel, I was even well attended to, there were people there serving after 9am (Saturday the service is from 9am to 12pm), where I was able to enter the room, but the stench in the hallways is insane, my God, how disgusting!! The room was ok, but when I took a shower, everything got wet. I don't know who designed this bathroom, but it was weird and disgusting. Finally, the elevator was broken, so I had to walk up and down the 6 floors. It was a silly savings, which made me pay a lot more! If you can invest a little more, avoid it."
