MMichelle EstilWe did enjoy our stay despite of not being able to use the pool due to the depth. Room was clean and everything was provided. They have foxtel if you like watching TV or movies. Beautiful water view. Will recommend!

LLast TouristBeautiful setting. Kanawa Bay is idyllic. It's modern and well planned. The hotel is surrounded by water & beautiful walls. The hotel has free parking and a cozy cafe which doubles up as the breakfast area and general dining area- it has limited seating capacity. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable & quiet. There's even a filter water cooler on every floor that dispensers clean cool water. The rooms only lack night lights. Breakfasts are cooked well & very tasty. There are plenty of local eateries in the surroundings around the hotel that are well worth checking out. Coles and Aldi are located within walking distance at the Stockland Birtinya shopping center.

GGuest UserThe 1 bedroom apartment we booked last minute had everything and more that we needed, a spa bath was an added bonus.
Room was clean and large, highly recommend these apartments for a couple get away or family holiday.

KKoviolgaIt was unexpectedly better that I anticipated. Very clean room, close to everything. We stayed at the studio and it had everything we needed. Very clean room even had daily service. It had a walk in wardrobe, good bed, some dining equipment and we had a direct entrance to the pool from our little patio. I saw the waterfront appartments and want to stay there next time when in Caloundra. This is found to be me place to stay on the Sunshine Coast. Thank you for raising the bar and providing with a little extra service at the affordable price point it’s really nice to have in Queensland these days.

TTheobaldThis is a fabulous place to stay. We chose a studio room, with ocean view, and it was really worth it. Although we arrived late, we contacted call staff at the door and they talked us through the check in process. Service was kind and responsive throughout. The only small downside was that the rooms are only serviced once each 8 days. However, when we requested fresh towels they were happy to provide them. The pool complex is lovely - the pool is a little cold for winter, but the spa was comfortable and we really enjoyed the sauna. Breakfast was included, and we had the choice of three cafes in the complex, with delicious food at all three.
We can't wait to return!

GGuest UserBooked in April, 2 weeks after booking renovations started, was not advised of renovations until 3 days prior to stay, was advised work was only Monday to Friday, they started work at 6am Saturday morning. No access to pool or BBQ facilities, no offer of compensation or anything.

HHouriganThe hotel is located in the Sunshine Coast University Hospital Precinct. It is close to amenities such as Stockland Birtinya and only a few kms from Kawana Waters Shopping Centre. Flagship cafe 30 metres away opens for a nice morning coffee.
Hayley at reception was very friendly and helpful on check-in and during our extended stay.
We first had a studio room which was clean & tidy with a west facing balcony. There was no kitchen in the studio which didn’t bother us as we were aware of this. The only thing missing was a dustpan & brush, and a clothes airer rack would be great.
We extended our stay and moved to a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, balcony apartment overlooking the lake which came with a full kitchen. It also was very clean and tidy. Secure undercover car parking was assigned to both apartments. There is a free on-sight laundry should you need it. We found all staff very helpful. The area was very quiet during our week stay and we would happily stay here again.

CCRandom place I must say it’s not a typical pub hotel no one around at check in time had to call reception and wait at the door after calling before to ask how to check in and told to wait until 2. Meanwhile trying to talk over the generators that for someone reason are meant to power this whole complex. Lost power during the night and in the morning. How are you meant to run a hotel or business with inconsistent power source. A hotel that is for people should have power.

LLittle Bear 29This motel is located in a great location being close to most things and with the bus service in the area you can get anywhere on the coast. Clean and quiet, this make this a great place to stay.
