Oranjestad Hotels with Parking

a normal place ，good service ,bad location. without breakfast.

O staff é prestável e simpático! O quarto era ótimo, muito confortável, com porta para entrada direta na praia. O hotel tem uma estrutura de edifícios muito boa, no entanto muito pouco dinamizada e sobre-aproveitada, parece ter parado no tempo, sem atividades, sem espetáculos, sem dinamismo, com uma das estruturas completamente vazia. Informei na receção que era aniversariante, pela primeira vez num hotel, ninguém teve a amabilidade de dar os parabéns ou ofertar algo simbólico. Pagámos o dobro do valor dos outros 2 hotéis onde estivemos igualmente hospedados: Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba e Amsterdam Manor Beach, os quais mesmo sem data de comemorações, nos deixaram nos quartos uns miminhos, garrafa de espumante, ofereceram fruta na piscina, etc., no entanto ficámos muito desapontados pela gestão do espaço hoteleiro. Hoje no check out, falei no assunto e a simpática Alejandra, teve a amabilidade de ”substituir” a gerência e ofertar umas bolachinhas num pacote cheio de carinho. Não há necessidade destas situações, com um espaço tão bonito, mas infelizmente aos meus olhos, com uma gestão muito fraca e inoperante, que fazem com que tenhamos ficado com a sensação de um hotel sem alma.

This place is a hidden little gem. Immaculately kept. Efficiency apartment set up beautifully. We had a queen bed. Very spacious. Beautifully designed. The grounds are very tropical. It was really pretty. You need a code to get into the gate and to get out of the gate. This you have to acquire  before you actually arrive which we did not have so we needed to call for that. thankfully, they were easy to reach with a phone number that is listed at the gate so we were able to get the code to enter. Also, your room has keyless entry. You need a code for that too. No carrying key cards which is great. The only negative about this place is that the mattress was not as comfortable as I was hoping for. And it’s right across the street from  Super foods. So no view. We were only staying for one night because we have a timeshare on Palm Beach so being so close to a supermarket benefited us we were able to shop before we moved to our timeshare the next day.

Pleasant experience, the place had everything we needed for a week vacation with the family. People at the front desk were very friendly and helpful but the cleaning lady went above and beyond, she deserves more than just a 5!!! I’ll recommend this place to all my friends and family, we’ll for sure be back soon! :)

Everyone is wearing infectious smiles at this resort. Service was complete, punctual everywhere we went. One bedroom suite was nicely set-up with the bedroom separate from the living and kitchen spaces. Enjoyed dining poolside while listening to a DJ while this was followed up by a live band on a Sunday afternoon early evening. Would recommend trying this resort out.

For your money, it is just a beautiful hotel, small, comfortable, quiet. Near 3 supermarkets, in the room-microwave oven, refrigerator, teapot and dishes-heat or cook a snack is not a problem. To the beach of Eagle beach 15 minutes walking, along the road, but to get quite real- I walked on foot, there were no problems. Safe, quiet area. I liked everything!

Nice host. Lucky I lived alone in a big room. You need a car to get to.
