衞生情況整體還好，但房間空間過於狹小，擁擠。設施條件較差，連一把椅子或小凳子都沒有，除了衞生間有一個插座外，整個房間沒有插座接口。燒水壺沒有一個安穩的平面支撐（晚放在洗漱池邊緣斜面上），極具安全隱患。建議商家重視此問題。中小型車進出大門為什麼問題，但稍大一點的車要調整好角度，避免刮擦大門。但性價比還是不錯的。
