The so-called front desk reception is an attitude of ”you can stay or not”. We work like this. I called the manager with the number on the business card before. When I checked in, the manager came. I thought he would have a better attitude and explain why I waited so long for check-in. I didn't expect the manager to be even more arrogant. Our hotel is managed like this. If there is no one, you just wait. There is no explanation. You can stay or not. Their hotel is very busy. Oh my god, it's really awesome. The lobby has too strong fragrance. The only drawback is that the quilt fabric is creaky. The room is hot. The air conditioner is not turned on and the windows are fully opened to keep it cool.
