Deyun Villa has a grand name, simple decoration, good service attitude of the boss, large room, and a small balcony that I like. The next morning I visited the main attractions, traveling during off-peak hours, so it was comfortable with fewer people. After lunch, the boss delayed check-out until 14:00, and went back to the hotel to rest for an hour before leaving. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the scenic spot. When you go out, the car will park in the parking lot of the hotel across the road.

Speaking of service, the hotel will help with moving and introduce the scenic spots along the way, so that an unknown person followed us all the way to the hotel and asked for a business card. I will stay here again in the future because the service is so attentive. I saw the legendary three peacocks and a blue cat named Maharashtra, who was very dear to me. The Niu Ge breakfast shop next to the hotel is really delicious. Visitors who come to stay must try the fried silkworm glutinous rice and water chestnut noodles! Overall, this is a hotel with good service and warmth. I was in a hurry this time. I arrived at night and left the next morning. I did not fully explore the beauty of the ancient town. I will still stay here next time I come to Huangyao.

Location wise, if you are visiting the old town, then it is definitely the perfect spot to stay! The scenic bridge is just a corner away. It is also just 1 min walk from one of the entrances/gates of the old town(景區).
What I like the most is the whole design of the hotel. It is a perfect combination of ancient and modern architecture and design. The whole place is very stylish and there are a lot of fine details like the plants and artwork arrangement. I love the tea table right at the main door, it’s made by stone and wood.
There are a lot of common area in which you can either chat and enjoy tea with friends or simply read alone with a nice coffee.
They have a nice rooftop with a good view of the old town. You can enjoy sunset here.
Food is perfect here. They have their own chef so you don’t need to eat out, the tofu and soup are very nice, and the seasonal veg is also our pick.
Most importantly it is a pets friendly place. They have 2 dogs named 向右 “Xiang you” and 將軍 “General”, they are friendly and cute. They also have a cat room accommodating over 10 cats. All are friendly and lovely.
Perfect place for vacation. We look forward to our next time here at 龙麟台❤️
