"I booked this hotel randomly, and the receptionist was very friendly and had a sweet voice. She was very approachable and introduced me to some good food and fun activities. The afternoon tea she provided was delicious. The hotel facilities were spacious and bright, the room was very clean, and the cleaning lady was polite. I slept very comfortably! They even gave me two bottles of water at check-out, which was so thoughtful!"

The hotel was carefully built by a mother and daughter who rented a century-old house. The service is warm, and the pick-up and guidance and WeChat contacts are replied promptly. The environment is first-class. Even if you don’t go out, you can sit or walk around the hotel for a whole day. The carved wooden doors and windows, tea tables, chairs, calligraphy and paintings, all kinds of flowers in the back garden, green plants in flower pots in the patio, unique bougainvillea on both sides of the entrance, the lounge, and the coffee shop all show the taste and intentions of the mother and daughter!
Listening to the mother (Sister Ge) calmly and enthusiastically telling us about the hardships and achievements of building the Imperial Edict House in the past 13 years, she said that if you think too much, you can't do it, just do it if you like it, and learn while doing it. She said that people can't be too idle and need to keep themselves busy to be in good condition... We like it very much and are educated...
Sister Ge is a refined person with a good taste for life. She said her daughter has mysophobia and she is a perfectionist, so she can go around Guangdong and Jiangsu to find chairs for the room. She has a lot of gardening tools and she trims all the green plants by herself. The well-growing green plants fully reflect Sister Ge's positive and optimistic attitude towards life. She is full of infinite love for life and is very contagious. We are all deeply impressed by her and would like to come here to stay for a while to appreciate and listen!

SShuimitao717Huangyao is a place I have always wanted to go. Although it is several years late, I finally have time to go there. Deyun Villa has a grand name, simple decoration, good service attitude of the boss, large room, and a small balcony that I like. It's a pity that the weather is too cold, otherwise it would be a pleasure to sit and drink a cup of tea. The best thing is that the location is excellent, very close to the entrance of the ancient town, and the famous Dailong Bridge is at the turn. There are many attractions and snacks nearby. It is worth recommending

CCheetahmamiA superb experience staying at this hotel. We extended our stay after the first day, and would definitely come back again.
Location wise, if you are visiting the old town, then it is definitely the perfect spot to stay! The scenic bridge is just a corner away. It is also just 1 min walk from one of the entrances/gates of the old town(景區).
What I like the most is the whole design of the hotel. It is a perfect combination of ancient and modern architecture and design. The whole place is very stylish and there are a lot of fine details like the plants and artwork arrangement. I love the tea table right at the main door, it’s made by stone and wood.
There are a lot of common area in which you can either chat and enjoy tea with friends or simply read alone with a nice coffee.
They have a nice rooftop with a good view of the old town. You can enjoy sunset here.
Food is perfect here. They have their own chef so you don’t need to eat out, the tofu and soup are very nice, and the seasonal veg is also our pick.
Most importantly it is a pets friendly place. They have 2 dogs named 向右 “Xiang you” and 將軍 “General”, they are friendly and cute. They also have a cat room accommodating over 10 cats. All are friendly and lovely.
Perfect place for vacation. We look forward to our next time here at 龙麟台❤️

SShuizhongmao84The location of the hotel is extremely advantageous, it is almost the closest hotel to the parking lot. The room was very comfortable. Since we were going back to Nantian, the hotel owner Abu had already turned on the dehumidification in the three rooms we booked in advance. The most important thing was to provide disposable plastic slippers and toilet mats, so that I, who have a slight mysophobia, could really enjoy the stay. Experience what it means to feel at home! Speaking of service, the hotel will help with moving and introduce the scenic spots along the way, so that an unknown person followed us all the way to the hotel and asked for a business card. I will stay here again in the future because the service is so attentive. I saw the legendary three peacocks and a blue cat named Maharashtra, who was very dear to me. The Niu Ge breakfast shop next to the hotel is really delicious. Visitors who come to stay must try the fried silkworm glutinous rice and water chestnut noodles! Overall, this is a hotel with good service and warmth. I was in a hurry this time. I arrived at night and left the next morning. I did not fully explore the beauty of the ancient town. I will still stay here next time I come to Huangyao.
PS: The camellias in the hotel courtyard are blooming very brightly, and they even have a fragrance!

DDi TanThis charming, ancient house turned family-run hotel is nestled within the historic city walls (note that even as a hotel guest, you’ll need to purchase an entrance ticket to access the city). Beautifully decorated, it exudes authentic charm, but it feels more like a homestay than a hotel, with its pros and cons.
The warm landlady’s hospitality and generosity were slightly hindered by the language barrier (as we regrettably don’t speak Chinese). However, her helpful daughter bridged the gap via WeChat, providing tips, arranging transportation, and ensuring a smooth stay.
All in all, it’s an excellent choice for travelers seeking a personal touch and a culturally immersive experience.

GGuest UserCome to Huangyao Ancient Town during the Dragon Boat Festival and stay at Long'an Inn, and live directly in the scenery. ✨ As soon as you leave the inn, you will see bluestone roads, quaint stone bridges, and gurgling streams. In the morning, you can see the sun shining through the ancient trees and sprinkle on the old walls. In the evening, you can listen to the river water and the rising smoke. Go downstairs and you will step into the picturesque streets. You can also enjoy the quiet night view of lanterns reflected in the water when you go out at night. The location is excellent, and you can take in the fireworks and the charm of the ancient town. The boss is warm and considerate, and the experience is full. What you encounter here is not only accommodation, but also the immersive romance of the ancient town. It must be rated five stars. I will come again next time!

GGuest UserWhen I came to Huangyao, the happiness was given by the inn. I was lucky to book the last room of this inn during the Spring Festival. The room went in to give me a quiet experience, I really want time to be still. I really like the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room, and the roof, simple. There is also a small balcony next to it, you can see the beautiful lake and fireworks. Next time I come, I have to live here. It is very close to the Solitaire, very convenient, and the inn has two doors before and after, which is very pleasant.

GGuest UserThe environment is especially suitable for bringing children or gathering with friends. We came with friends to barbecue with our children. The boss was very good and enthusiastic, and provided a lot of things for free! The RV is also very clean and tidy, and a family of four lives very comfortable! There is also a playground next to it. You can go in for free with the key card. The enthusiastic boss also sent us tickets. It is also very close to Huangyao Ancient Town.
