"Upon arrival, staff will call you to arrange pick-up from the high-speed rail station to the hotel. There's a really nice reception room right outside the exit. The hotel staff are all incredibly welcoming! Oh my goodness, I absolutely love this hotel. When I got to my floor, I saw there was even a women-only floor. The room itself was huge! And the amenities, like the bathroom supplies and wet wipes, were so thoughtful – it's the first time I've seen a hotel go to such lengths, they even have alcohol sanitiser in the toilet! I truly love it, these details were a wonderful surprise. And then breakfast, wow, it was even better than I expected, absolutely delicious, and they even had the local speciality, 'Da You Cha'! We booked for three days and two nights, and we weren't sure if breakfast was included for the second day, so we asked the staff, and they just gave it to us – complimentary! Every time we came back to the hotel and ran into the cleaning staff, they were so lovely, always greeting us and chatting. I really love this hotel, everyone is so warm. There's a photo of the staff all together, and their smiles are so bright, haha! My friend said their manager must be great because everyone is so enthusiastic!"

"Looking for a high-value stay in Hezhou, I ultimately chose the Donghao Hotel, and it truly has no downsides. The room was completely odor-free, and the floors and surfaces were spotless. The voice-controlled air conditioning and curtains were incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were very kind and patiently answered all my questions about local dining and entertainment. After a day of sightseeing, getting dusty and sweaty, the self-service laundry room was a lifesaver, meaning I didn't need to bring multiple changes of clothes. The breakfast was affordable and filling, with a good variety of options, and the decor was modern, fresh, and clean."

"Last year, I agreed to the invitation of a fellow rider in Hezhou and came from Guangzhou to watch the Dragon-Frying Festival in Fuchuan. Since we took the national highway and arrived at the hotel in the early morning, the hotel helped to reserve a room, which was very good.
There were people parking at the door, and there was also a security uncle from the hotel watching the cars. Because I arrived so late. He would come out to check who was coming.
The breakfast was still OK, and you can ask the service ladies to deliver it upstairs
But I prefer to eat screw noodles, and takeout can also be delivered upstairs
The only drawback is that the window is too big and there is no view, but it’s okay,
I don’t look at it either, the main thing is that it is clean and hygienic."

We were also surprised to be charged for the buffet dinner for a child under 1.3 meters tall, as other hotels typically offer free entry for children of that height. During peak dinner hours, we were seated in an inner dining area. The staff informed us that both areas had the same food selection, but in reality, the main restaurant had significantly more variety, at least 50% more. This led to a huge disparity in dining experience for the same price. We were traveling with another family and wanted to combine tables for dinner, but the waiter refused to help and told us to do it ourselves."

The environment of the homestay is elegant and quiet, the boss is warm and gentle, and the conversation room is full of calm. In the idle conversation, he personally introduced the founding and growth process of the ”Shinian B&B”, and the philosophy of life is full of open-minded words. The rooms are simple and clean, the beds are soft and skin-friendly, the green plants outside the window reflect warm light, and even the air is soaked in peace. There is a lazy sofa on the balcony, and it is an instant to relieve fatigue when lying down.
The most moving thing is the public area on the first floor: the wooden book bar next to the window is full of classic books, the tea room is full of Zen, the tea table is a large stone table, the purple sand pot and green plants are arranged scattered, the boss also personally make tea and the guests taste and talk, The gramophone in the audio-visual room is flowing with vinyl. The hotel location is not bad, close to eateries . There is not much to do in Hezhou though. I sent to the cultural museums twice and each time it was closed. There is a park nearby but it was too hot and muggy to do anything.
The hotel has 24 hours coffee and very nice room. The voice control works almost perfectly.
The only thing is that for some reason, it is missing a dresser. There is no place to hang to hang my clothes. I only found 2 hooks next to the bed but you can’t really hang more than 2 article of clothing there. There is a rod inside the shower and after I did my laundry there , I could hang it there. For this reason, minus 1 star.
It woiuld be more convenient to have a rack to put my luggage on top. Other than that, the hotel is almost perfect.

The hotel's ambiance and layout are delightful, with a Santorini-style blue and white color scheme, a garden blending Chinese and Western elements, and murals and amenities both inside and outside the rooms, all reflecting the owner's artistic taste and attention to detail. Every corner is both practical and photogenic! The service was patient, meticulous, and attentive. The owner personally picked us up from the visitor center outside the scenic area, helped us with our luggage, and even extended our check-out time, making our trip even more enjoyable and relaxing for the two of us seniors!

CheetahmamiA superb experience staying at this hotel. We extended our stay after the first day, and would definitely come back again.
Location wise, if you are visiting the old town, then it is definitely the perfect spot to stay! The scenic bridge is just a corner away. It is also just 1 min walk from one of the entrances/gates of the old town(景區).
What I like the most is the whole design of the hotel. It is a perfect combination of ancient and modern architecture and design. The whole place is very stylish and there are a lot of fine details like the plants and artwork arrangement. I love the tea table right at the main door, it’s made by stone and wood.
There are a lot of common area in which you can either chat and enjoy tea with friends or simply read alone with a nice coffee.
They have a nice rooftop with a good view of the old town. You can enjoy sunset here.
Food is perfect here. They have their own chef so you don’t need to eat out, the tofu and soup are very nice, and the seasonal veg is also our pick.
Most importantly it is a pets friendly place. They have 2 dogs named 向右 “Xiang you” and 將軍 “General”, they are friendly and cute. They also have a cat room accommodating over 10 cats. All are friendly and lovely.
Perfect place for vacation. We look forward to our next time here at 龙麟台❤️

The purpose of going to Huangyao Ancient Town this time is to run a marathon. I went alone and did not have high requirements for accommodation. I found this inn from Ctrip. The reality is consistent with the description in the drawings. There is no odor in the room, the room is bright, the air conditioner is cold enough, the bathroom has balanced hot water, there are many restaurants downstairs, and it is 900 meters away from the starting point of the marathon. It is very convenient. Huangyao Ancient Town is just opposite, which is indeed very convenient. It is cost-effective and not expensive at all. I will recommend it to my friends.

PandaolimingThis time, I took a boat from Pingle to Zhaoping, and happened to visit the Huangyao Ancient Town that I had long admired. It was a pleasant surprise to stay at Yueshe Boutique Hotel. The service was thoughtful. They picked us up at the entrance of the ancient town and waived the entrance fee. The hotel is elegant and exquisite, the rooms are super large, the facilities are complete, the bedding is dry and comfortable, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The location of the hotel is also very good, entering from the entrance of the ancient stage, near the dragon claw banyan. Highly recommended! !

Near Shenglongmen, self-driving cars have a separate parking location outside Shenglongmen, which is more convenient to enter and exit. The boss helped buy the ticket, which is cheaper than Trip.com . After entering the face, the ticket is free to enter and exit within three days.
The room is changed from the house and the inside is more beautiful. The top floor may not be suitable for taller people.
This price is in the scenic area, so this is fine.

It was relatively easy to find; if you're unsure of the location, the security guard can easily point you in the right direction. Perhaps due to the recent rain, I encountered quite a few small insects while staying on the top floor. For eating, drinking, entertainment, and exploring Huangyao, this guesthouse is a good choice. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

We choose the Seli Hotel due to fact that they allowed our dog. The location was great for us since there is green corridor between the hotel and the canal which made it very easy to bring our little friend out for his business. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious and the mattress was comfortable. The lights are a bit challenging to navigate. Floors and carpets could get a bit more tender love in terms of cleaning. Great breakfast buffet and environment, very light and inviting. We wished there would be a minifridge in the room though. A drawback is that you hear everything, from people in the adjoining rooms. We even hear the music from the hallway. But they did turn it off after we asked.
