GGuest UserIt's simply a treasure homestay! The service is so good that there is nothing to say. From the beginning of the consultation and answering questions to the convenience of staying, it can be said that it is responsive. I was afraid of traffic jams during holidays. I contacted the housekeeper early in the morning and promised to check in early. I was already waiting at the door to help carry my luggage when I arrived. After I checked in, I was almost responsive. I took the initiative to provide bedding and toiletries to the children. Free breakfast... The room hygiene and environment have nothing to say, especially all kinds of tableware are available, very convenient, and the details are in place. The quality of the disposable bowls and dumplings is very good. The bathrobe and bath towel texture is very good, soft and thick, and clean! Breakfast is also very real, not only large, but also delicious 😋 will definitely stay again next time! 💝

GGuest UserThe environment is great. You can take a dip in Phoenix Hot Spring, but I still like the small hot spring pool in the backyard. It is clean and casual, the food is exquisite and delicious, and the drinks are unlimited. The most important thing is that there is a hot drink cabinet. When I wake up in the morning, I can drink something hot. It is so comfortable. Before Looking at the reviews, everyone mentioned that the butler service was very good! The experience is really extraordinary, the chrysanthemum tea is brewed properly. The room supplies are also carefully thought of, and I think I will bring my family to check them out again.

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is small, the rooms are very clean and spacious. The showers were hot and comfortable. The fifth-floor rooftop offers a breathtaking view of the tranquil Taibai Mountain. We requested a special breakfast, and the hostess made it a point to prepare three light side dishes for breakfast, which was very thoughtful. When we were leaving, we couldn't find a car, but the host immediately arranged a taxi for us, allowing us to arrive at Yangling South High-Speed Railway Station earlier. We were very grateful!

PPiotr BanaszczakI needed a cheap one-night hotel to get to Taibaishan early in the morning. I didn't expect any luxury because I probably chose the cheapest hotel in the area. The room was unheated and cold, and the bed was hard, but it had an electric heated blanket, and the air conditioning quickly heated the room and it became pleasant. Contrary to the information on Trip.com, the hotel did not offer breakfast for a surcharge, but the host promised that he would take me by car to the restaurant in the morning, where I could eat cheaply. The next morning he took me there, and a quarter later he came back with the loader I forgot to take from the room. Thank you very much! So generally I am very happy with the stay. Given the very low price, everything was fine, the room was clean, the bathroom was all you needed, although there was no shower cabin and after taking the shower the whole bathroom is wet.

CCameo19An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.

The room is more spacious than expected, the bedding is clean and refreshing, and the hot water is sufficient and stable. The most surprising thing is that the free WiFi network speed is very fast, and there is no pressure to follow the drama. Although the facilities are simple, there are some, and the maintenance is good. The key price is too close to the people, and the price is super high!
I will choose here next time I travel, I highly recommend it to you with a limited budget but focusing on health and service ～

GGuest UserThe boss is very good, the standard room we bought is gone, and the room type is upgraded for free. The room is fully equipped and clean. The hotel provides breakfast, 10 yuan per person, with millet porridge, steamed buns, eggs and some side dishes, which is very convenient for people who need to get up early to climb Taibai Mountain. There is a music fountain nearby, and the proprietress is very enthusiastic to tell us the route and time for climbing the mountain.
