SSarah from ItalyThis was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend.
Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!!
They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator.
We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon.
When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊
We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did.

Aalic****The price/performance ratio is very good. The rooms are relatively new, but you have to park far away. The B&B is in a good location. There is a park next to the door, and there is a pedestrian street not far across the road. There are many snacks, and you can go to the night market for late-night snacks.

GGuest UserAs soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you will feel that it is very classy and the decoration is very exquisite. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, patient and willing to help. The room is clean and tidy, comfortable and hygienic, the bedding is comfortable, the facilities are complete and well maintained, there is a laundry room and various fitness equipment, which is very convenient for me who is on business trips all year round. I really feel the hotel's meticulous management and thoughtful service. The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, the parking is free, the breakfast variety is also very rich, and the overall value for money is excellent. It is a very satisfactory experience.

GGuest UserI originally wanted to book a twin room with a view, but it was no longer available. Ctrip helped coordinate a parent-child room. The view was not so good but it was convenient for a family to live in. The bathroom was very clean and the three plush toys were also clean. You can safely play with your children. There is a small picture book, the master bedroom has air conditioning, but the small bedroom does not, and the quilt is small and thin. Fortunately, there is a blanket, otherwise it will be cold in winter. The master bedroom has a window, but the small bedroom has a window but it cannot be opened, which means there is no window. The toilet seat in the bathroom is broken. Yes, it's wobbly for fear of falling down. The water volume is large and the temperature is suitable for showering. It's very comfortable. Maybe it's because our room is the only one occupied in the building we live in, so the water volume doesn't affect it. In addition, it's a long walk to Shihai Hot Spring. If it's too late, Wearing a bathrobe in the cold will make you feel cold. You can try to ask the hotel to arrange a battery car. If you don’t want to drive a few kilometers away for meals, you can only eat at the hotel’s on-site restaurant. There is no other choice. The supermarket is also a long way away, so it is best to bring the necessary items when you stay in the hotel. I brought everything else with me and there is nothing wrong with me. I will choose this place again next time I go to the hot springs.

AAcw2005Great location that it is near a lot of food places, a store, and the Stone Forest. Even though I already visited Stone Forest on my visit to Kunming in 2018, this was still a good room in that I get my privacy. Hotel workers were nice in that they gave me more water and wanted to make my bed even though I didn't need it. I liked how it had a heater in there to keep me warm whenever the room got too cold. The thing that I was unsure of is how much freedom and accessibility I get in being able to cook things in the kitchen at times and I was confused about whether I was allowed to eat the food that the cook makes, or it is only for guests that order food and pay for it from him. Sometimes the cook is unpredictable in that I don't know when he comes to cook between the lunch and dinner hours. The front desk women were friendly and helpful in giving me information about certain things. I appreciate it when they loaned me a phone charger temporarily when mine broke until I can get a new replacement one. Thank You for that. The only thing I would have to say, is that it is too far from the city center from the train station in where I need to be in order to catch the train to Hekou and cross the border into Vietnam.

AAnonymous UserThere are no obvious signs in the hotel lobby. After the front desk helped check in, the staff did not give any explanation. There was no reminder of the buffet time or even the specific location of the room. They only said it when asked. The room facilities and decoration are also relatively old. The towel racks of the two rooms of the same type are different. One of the rooms is not equipped with paper cups. There are only two sets of sauna suits and bathrobes in the room. If you need to use sauna suits and bathrobes with children, you need to go to the women's room to get them separately and deposit 100 yuan each. You must also take the sauna suits and bathrobes back to the women's room to return them. The overall experience is not good. The restaurant is also very average. There is basically nothing to eat at the buffet. The dishes are few and not delicious. The two beverage machines in the beverage area are empty and cannot receive any drinks. When asked, the waiter replied that the machine is broken and there is only plain water. The hotel is located, and you can't order takeout. The hot spring water quality is good, which may be the only plus point.

FFuyidaiI drove here from another place because it is close to the Stone Forest Scenic Area. The hotel is an independent garden with a very good environment and very convenient parking. The room is very large and there are several buildings. The breakfast is also very good with many varieties, especially the rice noodles are delicious.

AAnonymous UserThe boss is enthusiastic and generous. Several niche attractions were recommended by the boss. We avoided the pitfalls perfectly. The horse meat downstairs is really delicious and not expensive. I will recommend it to friends in the future. The room is clean and hygienic. The only problem is The good thing is that there are no windows, the sink has no floor drain, and the air conditioner in the room does not have a water outlet and is connected by a bucket. I heard the sound of dripping water all night, but it is good to book such a clean room at this price.
