Guest UserThe room was clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. The entire hotel smelled lovely. Breakfast was abundant and hygienic. I especially want to commend the service; it's the best I've experienced in any hotel. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, had a great attitude. Thumbs up, perfect! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!

JennyJennyJennyyyyyySuper Convenient Location!
This place is in a prime spot! It’s incredibly close to both the bus station (coming from Yantai) and the high-speed railway station (coming from Qingdao). You can easily walk there in less than 10 minutes, which made traveling so hassle-free.
Smooth Check-In & Lovely Room
The property is inside a condo-style building that hosts multiple hotels. For this one, just head up to the 12th floor to check in. I arrived early around 11:00 AM, and they kindly let me check in right away! The room itself was very spacious, clean, and fully equipped with amenities. It has a nice window, and you can adjust the AC yourself, which was great.
Great Amenities & Helpful Staff
The staff were wonderful and super helpful via WeChat, making communication so easy. The location is also fantastic—it’s right near the Hanlefang Pedestrian Street. There are about 3 convenience stores right underneath the building and 3–4 restaurants nearby, so finding food or snacks is never an issue. Plus, getting to other tourist attractions by taxi from here is super convenient!
Summary: Perfect location, great facilities, and wonderful service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Weihai! 💖

Guest UserThis is my first time seriously writing a negative review.
* **Serious hygiene issues:** The chopstick holder in the restaurant was very dirty, and the corners of the bathroom were old and rundown.
* **Poor sound insulation:** On the 13th floor, I could hear noise from the hallway, and the upstairs neighbors frequently made thumping and running sounds at 11 PM. The smell from the 6th-floor restaurant could be smelled with the windows open. Rooms not facing the ocean were very close to the adjacent building, so we had to keep the sheer curtains closed all day.
* **Obvious renovation smell:** The bunk beds in the family room still had a noticeable odor, and the hallway smelled strongly of disinfectant.
* **Service:** The restaurant staff were quite good, and the housekeeping lady was excellent. The male front desk staff member was also good, but the female staff needs to improve her service awareness. When I called to ask for children's toiletries, she said she would check and send them if available. This is a family-friendly hotel, how can they not have children's toiletries?

Guest UserFirst of all, the decor is great; I loved it at first sight, and the room matches the picture perfectly. It's very clean, the room is spacious, and it's soundproof—not noisy at all. Downstairs is the Shandong University Night Market, with tons of delicious and cheap food to choose from, including supermarkets, fruit shops, restaurants, and more. In short, buy it without hesitation, no complaints!!!

Guest UserI loved this resort! I highly recommend staying here for an amazing and relaxing time! The hotel is excellent! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk even had a fantastic girl that spoke perfect English. I spent most of my time soaking in the numerous hot springs, and there are at least 20 of them. There is also an indoor pool and hot tubs, and the outdoor pool will be open in May. There was this darling worker who kept the tea coming all the time. I'd ask for a lake view the next time so I could sit in the room and enjoy the view. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also really well stocked. The only thing I would add is yougart. I can overstate what a wonderful experience this weekend was. If you are wanting to go into the city and see the sights, it is a little far, around 75RMB for a DiDi. And the spa, although it was really nice, was on the expensive side. I will be back! 10/10

A 20-25min walk from Weihai Railway station, this 26 storey apartment has 4 fast lifts and located in vicinity of Korean Town. Plenty of Korean food and stuff around. Checked in to the reception on 21st Floor, but stayed on 20th floor with a good view of the Korean night market. The room was big, tastefully furnished with all usual amenities, king size bed, clean linens, disposable bath and face towels, disposable room slippers, non slip bathroom slippers, bottled water and even had a bar fridge and small washing machine. Plenty of sockets and USB ports, shelves, clothes hangers, table and chair, 2 bedside tables. Room is new, bright, clean and airy, with big windows. Best of all, the price was super cheap, the cheapest we got during our recent trip around Shandong province. Nearby, we found a Deep 5 cafe that sells cheap, good bread and pastries. The shower only has a shower curtain separating the toilet. Lack of hooks in toilet/bathroom for hanging clothes/towels.

Guest UserWe visited Weihai during the May Day holiday and chose the Weihai International Business Hotel, which is very close to the pier, to go to Liugong Island. It's a 15-minute walk to the pier. With children, we took a taxi, which was a 3-minute ride. After a long day at Liugong Island, we were exhausted and were able to quickly return to the hotel to rest. The room butler, Lina, provided exceptionally attentive service. She had already hung the children's laundry on the closet door and hung it out to dry by the window when we returned. The hotel is a state-owned enterprise. It was quite early, but the hotel was clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The only downside was the slightly stiff bath towels. The view from the sea-view room was unbeatable. We could see the Liugong Island pier and enjoy the beautiful sunset.

You can see Bloubergstrand right when you wake up, and the beach is super close, just a short walk away. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, the environment and hygiene here are much cleaner, and there are no strange smells. Plus, the front desk lady was very helpful and accommodating; we arrived quite late at night, and she was still very attentive and responsible.

Guest UserThis was my first time staying in a deluxe sea view king room at Rongcheng Nishi Haitai, and I was absolutely thrilled with the experience! Stepping onto the balcony, you're greeted by the stunning blue ocean – a panorama of sky blue and sea blue that really amplifies the sense of vastness. The room was spacious and clean, the king-size bed was just the right firmness, and the hygiene was meticulously done. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive, with a private beach right outside. It’s a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The forest scenery is incredibly healing, and it offers great value for money. I decisively extended my stay!

Guest UserThis hotel was recommended to my friend and booked. I only want to talk about one question this time: my friend is visiting the beach and wants to have lunch nearby before returning to the hotel to check out. After consultation with our hotel, we want to extend the stay for 2 hours (for free), even 1 hour is fine, because the friend returns to the hotel after dinner Checking out is convenient and saves time. The hotel declined (late check-out) and said it was not allowed according to hotel regulations. Normally, check-out is at 12 o'clock. My friend had to rush back and check out first, and then rush to the beach (to have dinner). If you can't even meet the basic requirements of guests (many hotels in the industry have delayed check-out until 2 pm or even 3 pm), why should you open a hotel? At the same time, after several days of observation, the hotel occupancy rate is not too high. These are not issues of the quality of front desk staff, but management issues that should be reflected on. (no pictures)
