I have stayed here many times. The hotel should be many years old. The facilities and hardware are old, but the air conditioning and hot water are very good. The front desk service is in place. The breakfast is average and not very delicious.

I came to Zixuanjie during the National Day holiday. I saw that the location of this homestay was very good on Trip.com , and some guests said that the boss used to open a hotel, so I was very interested, but because the evaluation volume was not large, I didn’t dare to place an order directly. I didn’t place an order until I saw the scene in the afternoon. It’s really good value for money. The boss is also very enthusiastic.

The situation is beautiful with stunning views across the valley and the terraces. The host was so very welcoming and warm towards us. My husband doesn't eat meat but that was no problem for this lovely family. We shared delicious dinners with them with a variety of food and my husband could choose the vegetable dishes he prefers. Next day our host kindly took us out in his car to the furthest viewpoint and we spent happy hours wandering about, taking photos and meeting lovely local people. It is true that the beds are much harder than at home in UK but we slept well and were cosy and warm so that was no problem. The only bad thing was we couldn't stay longer

The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the blackout curtains made me sleep well. The boss is very sincere and kind, and the service is good. The accommodation is general, the room has no air conditioning (it is very cool in the mountains at night, but it is not necessary) and there is a hot bath. The bathroom toiletries are not complete, if you live here, you have to prepare them. Breakfast is 8 yuan, a bowl of noodles and an fried egg, not bad. Lunch and dinner are eaten at the Villa, it tastes good and the price is affordable.
