Llucy-bjI felt too tired to drive from Jiangnan all the way. I temporarily got off the highway and came to Weinan. I walked through Yingbin Street and saw this Zhugeliang Business Hotel at a glance. The location is good and there is a parking lot. I immediately went to the front desk, asked and booked a room. The first overjoyed was that the girl at the front desk upgraded the room; The second surprise is that such a favorable price, actually the room is in place, whether it is bedding or toiletries, the room is warm, bright, the space is suitable for intelligent control facilities; The third surprise was that in the evening, Ms. Yuan, the customer service, brought the hot white fungus lotus seeds and red dates. She also asked enthusiastically if she still needed drinking water. In fact, I was thinking about asking for an extra bottle of boiling water. I understood us too much. It was delivered in a while; The fourth surprise was that when I checked out the next day, the little girl at the front desk gave a gift, warm mineral water, snacks and small toys, too detailed.
In addition, breakfast is simple and not simple, all are hot varieties with local characteristics. This is an unexpected stay and I feel that the price is very good. It seems that the hotel leaders are managed and trained, the customer service is warm and polite, and the service is proactive. Let me make a suggestion. There is a chair in my room type. The two of us want to drink tea, but it is not convenient to sit on the bed alone. But the flaws are not concealed. I really hope that the hotel will get better and better and come again in summer.

The room layout is simple and warm, the bedding is comfortable, and the night sleeps particularly soundly. And the smart equipment in the room is a plus, adding a lot of convenience and fun to the accommodation. I booked without breakfast, and I didn't see where the restaurant was.
However, there are still some small problems to mention. In terms of room hygiene, there are some stains on the wall cloth of the room. In addition, I have not found the way to open the air conditioner for a long time. If I can put a use instructions in the room, it would be great.
But these small flaws do not affect the overall quality experience. I believe that the hotel will improve better and better in the future. I will definitely choose here next time I come to Weinan!
