I tried looking for the hotel's contact information on my phone, but the number listed on Ctrip wasn't working. I finally got through using the number listed on Baidu. I asked for repairs twice, but no one showed up. I asked Ctrip to coordinate, and the hotel wouldn't contact me, but they eventually did. The soundproofing was poor, and even talking at the door was clear. The price was good, though.
