JJiudianshouxitiyanguan一個酒店如果天天沒有瑣事，沒有受到顧客或者各方的評價反饋，那麼他會忘本的，它會忘了它是個服務行業。在這個酒店住了三年了，從來都是好評，今天是第一次差評，毫不誇張的説，我是花了兩三個w寫的這個差評。近一年來發現越來越沒有服務了，其實我們顧客並沒有要求什麼繁瑣的服務，而是作為酒店最基本的服務，對顧客説話的態度，對於顧客反饋的事情進展，就比如説我跟你某個工作人員諮詢事情你説話特別不客氣，或者愛答不理。就比如顧客像酒店反饋房間有什麼故障，或者設施有什麼問題，得不到反饋，得不到重視，沒有及時跟進處理，我不知道這是管理層指揮不動還是説工作人員沒有執行力。還有很多，算了，也不想説了，在這酒店睡最後一天。在這酒店花幾個w也挺有感情了，多少個前台服務人員新老交替都是我看着的，打心底裏有點兒恨鐵不成鋼了。
