JJesus SimónEstancia muy agradable , si lo que buscas es tranquilidad , paz , si te Gustan los Animales y el campo está finca con muchos animales y con viñedos este es el lugar perfecto . Cuenta con tan solo 11 habitaciones lo que hace del lugar muy familiar y de ello se encargan La familia anfitriona!! Te hacen sentir en Familia , los desayunos excelentes todo bio y la cocinará un plus . Los viernes realizan una visita cata en la bodega con una barbacoa con un coste . Recomendable 100% .

이이다혀칼로 데스 모로 해변쪽을 관광하려고 예약한 숙소인데 시내에서 벗어나 위치는 어쩔수 없는편이었고 렌트없이 가기 힘들어요 밤이 되면 어두워서 무섭기도 하고 날이 밝으니 자연과 함께 어우러진 너무 예쁜 숙소였습니다 신혼여행이라고 해서 웰컴드링크를 내어주시겠다고 했는데 ㅠ 의사소통이 잘못되었는지 2박동안 받지 못햇네여..아숩지만 기억에 남을 깔끔한 숙소 였습니다

GGuest UserNice hotel to start and return from your bike ride. Meal was delicious considering most people were on half board. Great breakfast and even better dinner. Bigger tables for the group of friends would be nice and juice dispensers should be reconsidered - too many people waiting..

AAnonymous UserThe hotel weirdly gave us an “upgrade” to the apartment which is not that nice, modern and clean (there were bugs in the bath tub and hair in the drawers) as you can see in the first 2 pics but of a higher price. When we asked to change back to the room we booked, we staff wouldn’t just help us changed the room and had acted very weird as if we are not entitled to the room… This one particular staff (senior manager I believe) gave us “one final chance” as she said, and made us go up and down to check the room to make sure we “will not regret it” which makes no sense to us at all.

AAnonymous UserWe stayed for four nights as a group of six people in three rooms. There were some good points: many staff members were friendly, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the restaurant offered a good variety of food.
However, the overall experience was disappointing.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bath towel in the room was extremely dirty, and I only noticed it after using it. The chair in the room was also full of small hairs, and the lid of the kettle had mould on it.
There were also several service and follow-up problems. The safe in the room was not working and was never fixed. We selected the green cleaning policy, which should include free minibar service, but the minibar was never provided or refilled during our stay. We reported this to the front desk four times, but nothing was resolved.
Communication also needs improvement. I booked a spa treatment through the app, but when I arrived, I was told it was only a “request” and not a confirmed appointment. In addition, when I called the front desk, my call was cut off before I finished speaking, and this happened twice.
Finally, although we booked full board, no drinks were included at dinner, and even still water had to be paid for separately. This was not clearly explained.
Overall, the location, food variety and some staff were good, but the repeated cleanliness, maintenance and service issues made the stay fall below expectations.de

TTroy BaoThe front desk was very good and gave two large bottles of water. I was worried that I could not buy water in the wilderness, so I didn't have to worry. The room was small but clean, there was a small balcony but it was not used, the backyard of the hotel was the beach, but the rain was not good that day, and the hotel was not blamed. The luggage storage was also smooth, the staff smiled and served, overall good.
