JJefferson SHotel with good structure, comfortable rooms and good swimming pool. The meal system has a very wide variety, but you have to be well organized to meet the reserved times. Very close to PortAventura park.

GGuest UserThe apartment is nice, but no one had warned us that the check was to be made at the Magnolia Hotel. I had asked for instructions before arrival and no one answered us, we tried to call the building and no one answered us.
Wi-Fi in the room did not work as TV

MMarta Abad HogelandTodo perfecto, mi única queja es que cogí media pensión y no dejaban cambiar cena por comida. Eso me pareció mal, al final me lo cambiaron pero lo mío me costó 😂. Instalaciones muy nuevas, piscina ideal para niños. Un poco alejado de la playa. Parking zona azul al lado del hotel. Ideal familias!

Breakfast was nice and not to busy if you go at 8am. Expect to queue otherwise
Cons - we did the roulette but they didn't even tell us which hotel we were in. We ended up just turning up to el paso and finding that we were meant to be staying there.
They also failed to send through our room number and then to top it off after giving details to reception for our pickup car the security refused entry because they hadn't been sent through.
Pool side loungers were really uncomfortable. Toilet paper was worse than the 2 star budget we stayed in next and some toiletries that were meant to be provided were empty.
I wouldn't class this as a 4star hotel and we didn't even visit in peak season so some of the above isn't something I would expect.

MMontserratThe arrival was great, my daughter had a fever and was vomiting and they helped us by giving us the room sooner, but the afternoon reception shift was no longer very attentive, we called like 15 times and they didn't answer, I went three times to ask for sheets because they left us the sofa bed without sheets and they told me they would bring them and they arrived at 12 at night with the sheets but I had to go in person three times because they don't answer the phone and not because they had people no, because every time I went the reception was empty but because they passed the phone directly because I called from in front of it and they were talking to each other... there was also no plug in the bathtub and they told me it was because of the drought and there is no longer a drought... so it's no use having a bathtub... and well the day of departure we were sleeping and they started biting at 9 and we were sleeping and since we didn't answer they entered the room waking us up a disaster between the day before they brought us the sheets at 12 at night and they opened the door at 9 in the morning relax as it is called relax nothing!
