GGuest UserThe owner and host Pascal is very warm, eager to please, excitable and very outgoing. There is a happy hour for guests and Pascal everyday and it is nice to make friends with other guests. A very nice breakfast is good included daily. A short 5-8 minute drive to the lovely but crowded town of L'Isle sur la Sorgue. Pascal helped us book last minute dinner reservations in L'isle sur la Sorgue, which isn't easy to do last minute in September. We especially enjoyed Le Jardin du Quai. Only a four course with no choices at 52 Euros pp. We enjoyed it so much we ate there our last two nights.
The ”resort” is in an old Carmelite building that has had refurbishment. It is more rustic Provencal than contemporary. There is an outside covered fairly extensive exercise room, a nice pool, and a very peaceful feel outside on the property. The bees at breakfast were bothersome but nobody got stung and they seemed benign.
The clientele was international, but more than 1/2 French. Pascal speaks and understands English well.
Les Carmes is quite different than most other places in the region. It reminds me a bit of the Golden ages of travel in the 1950s. It is the opposite of sterile and has a real heart and center.

GGuest UserThis is a treasure hotel, the space is very large, clean and elegant, and it is very comfortable to bring a small courtyard. Very good value for money place. The service attitude is very good, can communicate in English, at least the two receptions I encountered have no problems. The hotel is a courtyard type, the reception will lead you to see the room, otherwise you will not find it.

UUtopus_HythNice hotel with very friendly and helpful English-speaking staff, free parking, and clean, well-supplied rooms with a small, but logically designed kitchenette. Ideal stopping point for those with cars who are planning on driving north from the Avignon area to the Ardeche and other similarly-located attractions.

GGuest UserA**Weng's rare extreme hot day, under the big sun, snorting a soak of urine, dead and alive can not open the door, around the building and yard, did not see how to enter. The store phone on Trip.com is French voice, just understand a sentence, please dial 5 for English messages. I called several times and no one answered. Fortunately, a car came out and followed it in. There was no one at the front desk. A guy in the public office received me and was very enthusiastic. I said that the phone could not get through, and I called in person. He said that it was fine to dial 1-4, no 5, and it collapsed. After completing the formalities, the guy enthusiastically helped me introduce the apartment environment, saying that it was not a hotel, there was no hotel service, and the first floor was pure water. I have to take me to the room to see... The anxious person remembered the same anxious person in the car outside, declined, hurriedly parked the car, returned to the room, solved the round, did not see the bed, was shocked, thought to sleep on the sofa. As a result, the cabinet door was opened, and there was a big bed inside. This design was really crashing. The first night was very quiet, the second night was attacked by mosquitoes, and I woke up in the middle of the night to fight mosquitoes, only to find mosquito bodies on the wall. I was bitten by 6 bags, and the other was bitten by countless. The bag on my finger was finally connected to a white line, looking scary.
Stayed for two nights and no cleaning service. There is no living supermarket within walking distance. Fortunately, we purchased food from the last hotel and brought it with ice bags. The induction cooker is not enough, half fried and half stewed, and it can be considered to be able to eat. There is no serious kitchen knife and silicone shovel. The two men ran to the first floor for a meal, and finally gathered together the kitchen utensils and played pure water. The tap water can't be drunk when it boils, it's all water alkali
The advantage is that parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces. Closed management, there is a security brother on duty at night, full of security. There is also a cheap price.

DdhackersWe stayed at this hotel for a day visit to Avignon followed by an early morning TGV train to Paris. It’s excellently located for this. The reception staff were friendly & welcoming and spoke immaculate English. After our day in Avignon we chilled out by the pool with a cocktail then had a delicious meal in the hotel.

GGuest UserThis was a fantastic location to stay close to Avignon, but with easy parking and spacious rooms. It is secured at night with closed gates, and the rooms look over the golf course.
The host at reception was welcoming and helpful and the rooms were spacious, and well laid out. They are a little tired in terms of decor, which shows in places like the tile grout and wear on benchtops, but it was inexpensive, clean and excellent value for money.
I recommend it and would book it again.

Bedoin is perfectly located in order to race bike up the legendary Mont Ventoux. From the Restaurant you can see the top of the mountain.
Nice aircon - absolutely needed in +30 degree Celsius...
Very polite staff.
Overall extremely good value for money.

UUtopus_HythGood value-for-money hotel within driving distance of Roussillon and great sites such as the okhra eco-museum. Parking was not free but a reasonable 6 Euros. Relatively small room but clean, comfortable and certainly worth the price. Recommended for those with a car.
