CChrysant Nia ABVery satisfied staying here. The staff is very responsive and friendly. The room is quite spacious, bring children here and it's really fun because it's spacious. The atmosphere is quite cool and the view is great, especially right at the swimming pool. The small detail that made me give 5 stars is the trash can. The trash can in the room is put in a closed wooden box and is quite heavy if played by children. This is very helpful, especially for those who have small children who like to explore anything. Thank you Agro, hopefully we can visit again someday

For food, there is not a buffet every day, so it depends on the people staying, if there are not many people, the food will be delivered to the room, it doesn't match the price of the room which is around 500 thousand more/night, and if it is a buffet or delivered, it is informed in the morning or evening to call the room, so it is very disturbing to rest, especially since the telephone is on the TV table, not close to the bed, as a result, if there is a call, you have to stand in front of the TV, so you go back and forth and it is very ineffective.

HHarryIDSGThis accommodation is my go to whenever i have a trip to Batu. The staffs are very friendly and helpful all the way from the entrance to the dining. The room is clean, spacious and comfy. The greeneries and the landscape is awesome and relaxing. Being in Batu, the swimming pool's water is also fresh!
There are plenty of eateries and even some late night snacks within walking distance.
10/10 will come back again!

GGuest UserSo far ok. Stay there for 3 days was not happy with the aminities in room. I was complain about hair dryer. Once we used is broken then technician came then fixed. After that used still on off. Second day call receptionis sending same complain about hair dryer was broken but only fixed, he said fan in problem after used in 30 sec then nit working again. They we find that kettle opener is broken n still keep using, nit changing with new one after that dripping water from inside kettle.

GGuest UserThe room is enough for a couple / small family. But the cleanliness is very lacking until my child has allergies, my skin and my husband's skin become itchy. Makes us unable to sleep. Especially the child is very poor because he has a rash on his face. The bed has never been vacuumed, it seems the bathroom is also not cleaned properly, there is still a lot of dust scattered on the bathroom door, the power outlet also cannot be used for charging on the left side

MMarco2764The Japanese-style hot spring hotel in the Mile District is quite special. It is very cost-effective and a good experience for foreign tourists. However, there is only one Japanese restaurant in the hotel that tastes average. The hot spring in the room will only be opened every night from 20:00 to 22:00. It is not open at other times. The hot springs outside will only be opened during holidays. If this can be improved, it should be more attractive to tourists.

It's just that maybe you need to get an elevator, it's not bad if you have to go back and forth from rooms on the 3rd floor...
The place for breakfast should also be updated, because it looks shabby and limited especially if it's used for a place where you've just finished swimming so it's all wet...
It took quite a long time to check in, maybe because it was the New Year holidays...
