I actually did not stay here. I wanted to cancel my stay here but could not. Writing this to get the coins

Sy ordered for 2 adults ... they are quite convenient ... hotel quiet atmosphere .. clean .. smooth water ... over all ok ...🥂👍✨

The swimming pool is very good, very suitable for swimming and resting at night. The room hygiene is average, and mineral water is not provided, which is not good! I hope it will be improved in the future and consider the customer experience.

”I had a pleasant stay at Lombok Plaza Hotel with a clean, spacious room, but the air conditioning was less than ideal. Despite the room’s overall comfort, the AC didn’t cool the room sufficiently, which might be due to its location. This is something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, the hotel was a nice choice for a relaxed stay.

The hotel is very clean, but the hotel needed to upgrade their room

Overall I had a pleasant stay there after they changed my room to one on the 1st floor. My room on the ground floor was extremely humid and smelled kinda moldy. I heard from other guests this is also the case in other rooms on the ground floor. In my new room the bed was comfy, the bathroom was okay and the ac was working properly. I wouldn't book the breakfast since it's not really a fulfilling meal. The staff is friendly even though they don't speak english, but with the help of a translator you'll be able to get the information you want to them.
