Room given were slightly heavy smell... But it goes away after opened window for an hour... Very low Wifi signals almost impossible to use the wifi... Pillow need to be replaced... AC was amazing cool though... It was slightly overpriced...

I stayed at Idoop Hotel Mataram for 6 days and 5 nights and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the service was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a good location and made my stay in Mataram very enjoyable. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The room is very spacious, the network is very good, and the service attitude is OK. But the conditions for office are very poor, the height of the table and chairs is basically the same, and the surface is dirty; the meal is a very simple local meal, there is no swimming pool, the above conditions are far from the three-star hotel.
