ZZhedieshijieThis hotel's location is very satisfying, making it a great place for a layover if arriving early or late. The room seemed clean and tidy, but the bedding wasn't clean enough, making it very itchy. The room was also airtight and lacked ventilation. A microwave and mineral water were available at the front desk. Because it's located near the station, the entrance was quite noisy. When I tried to buy some food, no one at the door would pull me over and ask if I wanted to take a bus, which was quite annoying. For a good night's sleep, it was still quite good.

AAnonymous UserThey offer free shuttle to/from Juanda airport. The people are always nice. I always book this hotel whenever my flight schedule is in the morning. They would provide breakfast in a box if you couldn't afford the time to enjoy it at the hotel which is superb.

MMark61I've stayed here before and like last time everything worked well and the bedding was comfortable enough for such a short stay. They gave me a coupon for a discounted dinner meal at their coffee shop that included a free iced tea. The breakfast was sparce but okay for the price. The best thing about this hotel is its great location outside the domestic terminal.
