GGuest UserThe rooms at hotel were neat and clean. The staff is good and supportive. Had booked the stay for a day with family. Their restaurant serves a tasty food. Breakfast rates were high. It was going higher than our dinner price. But the property is good overall, will recommend to stay. Also it is at good location from hear ki pauri ghat.

GGuest UserFor the price we paid and what the hotel had showcased on MMT as their offerings, it was a stay that met and in some cases even exceed our expectations.
Every member of the staff we interacted with was warm and professional. They are well aware of their limitations as a small hotel and make no pretentions of being someone else, rather they operate wonderfully well within that limit.
Their location too, is a big advantage for travellers driving down from Delhi. It is very close to the Ganges and also to Har ki Pauri and yet away from the commotion at the same time.
Our primary purpose of visiting Haridwar was to go to the Rajaji National Park and Forest Hill is located very close to the Ranipur Range and although a bit far, but very well accessible to both Jhilmil and Chilla.
The room was pretty big, comfortable and well maintained. And although it may seem surprising to many, we were really pleased to see the whole suite of channels were available on Tata Sky which is lacking in many big hotels most of the time. This attention to detail is praise worthy and we look forward to be their guest in the future too.

GGuest UserOverall the hotel is good in this price range. The rooftop restaurant is excellent with tasty food and vibe at night. We stayed in 2 rooms wherein 1 room was having a bad smell. The morning buffet is average and thus can be skipped. From the hotel it takes roughly around 15-20 mins to reach to the Har ki Pauri

GGuest UserProperty location is great as it is located in the well silent and calm location near the ganga river and quite close to the city as well. The room was well maintained and clean. The bed is also comfortable and perfect king sized.

GGuest UserI stayed here as a solo traveller from Japan. The room was large and clean, and the staff were very kind. After dinner, I said it was delicious but a little spicy, and they gave me some sugar.
You can enjoy your meal on the clean balcony with a great view.
Of course, there was a clean toilet and a hot shower.
All staff is helpful!

Toilet flush was not working for the duration of the stay, neither was the hot water for shower, even though the staff went beyond to fix, it was unpleasant.
I chose this hotel because of the positive reviews.
But I was disappointed considering the price I paid.
