GGuest UserProperty is good. Somehow the service wasn't. We were given 2 towels for 4 after giving 2 calls. The towels were not so white with brown spots. Toiletries were good though. Swimming pool started late afternoon 10 am. When it got sunny. Hotel was an ok but we paid 8500/night for this hotel. Which was way too high compared to the service and hotel quality.

GGuest UserFood, service, and location were good. However, the room had problems with almost every electronic item - ac, fridge, tv, geyser, and phone - although the staff solved the problems. Ac and geyser control are not in the remote but with the staff. Balcony had a bee hive, which scared us to sit out. Food quantity was less for a typical hakka noodles dish.

GGuest UserI have booked the hotel for my wedding anniversary. The hotel has upgraded to suit room for free. The experience was amazing. Absolutely hassle-free check-in process. Amazingly courteous staff with prompt service. Well maintained rooms in the beautiful premises with stunning location. The only thing i would give 4 / 5 stars is the food.

GGuest UserIt was over costly! in the room, they did put the tea sachets in the room that’s basic things in every small medium hotels! ac was not working. Checkout is too early 9 am. Menu was costlier tea was 50, just outside its 20. So overall too much cost for not even good services or hospitality
