The door lock was broken and couldn't be locked at all. No one answered the staff. The toilet shower is not hot enough, the first person to take a shower only has warm water, not hot enough at all. The worst thing is that the second person gets cold water halfway through the shower. It is not recommended to book this in winter, although the room is beautiful, it can not be done without a hot shower

非常滿意的住宿，而且當晚看到北極光，設施也很適合需要做飯的住宿，廚房都提供了各種烹飪工具。

The outside pictures of the property do not match the reality. Across from you is a camping site and multiple hotels which if you open your curtains can look directly into your room. You also don’t get the whole house, just the half which is super inconvenient and again people look inside of your room. The bathroom was nice, a bit small but had all amenities. The check in was through an app that we couldn’t access so we had to go to the hotel to check in, which is super close so it was okay. The room was super hot and the window didn’t open so we needed to keep the front door open which due to the aforementioned reasons wasn’t comfortable. It is super close to all the shops as the city is very small and the hotel is right off the main road.

The room is very good, very satisfied, the time saving is the need for the check-in password, confirm in advance
