Booked two rooms as a New Year's Eve enjoyment for the family, one with a steaming room and kitchen, and one with an outdoor dry steam room. Although it is about 2 kilometers away from the center of Ortisei town, there is a local bus stop across the road from the hotel, so transportation is convenient. The hotel will give you a 7-day bus ticket when you check in. The surroundings are very quiet. Although the room facilities are a bit old, it is generally clean. The room is large and has a hair dryer, toiletries and towels. The only problem is that some rooms cannot be used with 3-round-head Italian plugs, and can only use European 2-round-head plugs, so please note. The breakfast is rich in variety and the hotel staff are very warm and friendly. I will choose this hotel again next time.
